If your country HAD to merge with another country...

Oh and I think this annoying Swiss country with an excessive amount of democracy really needs to be split up between Germany, Italy and France ;)

Me too! Although I would much prefer all of Switzerland join Germany.

Along with Liechtenstein and Austria.

probably the most realistic proposal in this thread:
Flanders with The Netherlands and Wallonia with France ;)

(and Brussels will be destroyed because nobody knows what to do with it ;) )

I guess Liechtenstein would be the obvious choice, they already have our currency :)
Have you asked for it back?

Mexamericanada sounds good to me. Of course, the easy solution is to just annex Puerto Rico ;)
Uh-uh. Canamexivespuccia. And the states would become provinces. And you would cease needing those stupid light effects in televised hockey games so you can figure out where the puck is. Canadian children learn to play hockey in elementary school (or younger), so there would be no excuse not to be able to follow the puck on TV.

And you would finally go metric and use 1$ coins. :p

Canada
Australia
United Kingdom
New Zealand (more sheep and orcs for all!)
Russia....

It'll sound strange, but i'll say Germany. (not annex though, you guys tried that twice already, didn't work).

They have our Culture, can boost our economy, end all post communist problems, Alot of the german football players are polish anyway, why can't germany take our best, (mainly our goalkeepers, and midfielders) and create a superpower i football?

My second choice is Czechia.

Also don't make this a 20 page long thread with the "poland should join Russia" comment. You know what happens.

Norway of course, and I'd happily let them keep their oil money and leave EU if it was necessary.

This thread topic sounds familiar.. Didn't we do something like this before?

Also: Let the US and China join forces. Firefly, anyone?

I am sorry but i have to laugh at this. The problem is not that there are not good Polish players the problems is that they already play for Germany. I mean who from your midfield would actually play for Germany ?

However i have to agree with you that is likely that you have a better goalkeeper than Lehman.

As a matter of fact, we can already consider Liechtenstein to be a Swiss canton that is only slightly more autonomous than the 23 other ones. :D

Mexico. This time, they don't get to choose whether to be annexed or sell land to us.

Plus our border with other countries down south would be smaller. :)

For France, I'd say Germany. That would make a powerful monster of 145 million people having Paris as economical capital (Please Germans don't dream, Frankfurt is not enough populous to compete).

After Two world wars , the Eu and countless other wars between those two nations in the past it seems that , they only wanted a union with each other. Now they have just changed their means.

That´s a very nicely put and diplomatic interpretation :D!

Well we just miss the good old days of Charlemagne :)

Nobody in his right mind (except people from Frankfurt) would suggest it anyway.
What about Aix-la-Chapelle/Aachen then :)? Relatively central and was good enough for Charlie,Napoleon, ...
