I'll PayPal you $25 if you can get me an Earth map in multiplayer...(seriously)

It's been 2 years and they haven't allowed us to play Earth in multiplayer, one of my personal great joys in the civ series. If they haven't done it by now, they aren't going to do it. It's a shame. I know of MANY of you who would like to play Earth as would I. I'd like
--An Earth map (preferably which I can edit before you work your magic, to make a few subtle changes)
--Preferably not a save game on turn 0, because we'd like to do random civs and random starting locations
--As large a size as possible, with as many civs able to play in at once, as possible.

Since they aren't going to give us this despite us asking for years, let's crowdsource this solution and get some nerds and hackers involved! If you can take my version of an Earth map, and find some hack, trick, tip or way for me to play it in multiplayer with random civs, I will send you $25 via PayPal. Since 2K Games isn't interested in fixing this problem, maybe one of you can. And I'd be happy to send you $25 to fix this problem rather than 2K Games. Any takers?

PS. If you have anything close, or an Earth script, or any other ideas, I'm all ears.

I guess I have to explain the reasoning a bit more.
I've said that we're not ebay. Okay, that's obvious. But more important are the not so obvious reasons:
We can't ensure the identity of a person.
We can't ensure that the payment really reaches the right persons.
We don't have the legal setup for payments.
We can't prevent fraud.
Therefore we in general don't allow such things.
Would be awful if you found a thread here which says "pay me X, and I'll give you Y" or "I'll pay X, I'll give you Y", just to find out at the end that your money vanished into obscure channels and you'll never get anything back.
