Based on my conlang Delang, I'm creating the Civilization of Illomi (In Delang Illomi /iɭumi/ means island dweller).

Leader:
Qaxomatze (/qaxu:matze/ x being pronounced as ch in Scottish loch and in German buch).​

Trait: Civilization builder
+1 :food: Food on any hex that produces food.
+1 :culture: Culture per turn from Cities.​

Units:
Illomi worker (works 25% faster than normal worker)​

Cities:
Teljmarzj, Omaujde, Grone, Ellp, Fomi, Celebri, Nubi, Illome, Maze, Nadenz, Malomo, Mauzjy, Taqeto​
 
Is there a way to have workers working +25% faster as a civilization trait?

Scratch that. Made a Fast Worker UU.
 
That's a hugely unbalanced trait you have there. It's the Siamese trait plus a superior French trait combined.

It's only the alpha trait. I wanted faster workers but was unable to find a way to do it. I'm going to change it before I publish the civilization.

Beta version 1 of The Civilization of the Illomis has been uploaded to Civ5.
