The dusty briefing room was filled with people. How can everything go so wrong at once? First the dispute with Sindhustan. The imperial government has refused to accept a fair deal, meaning we were forced to annex the land. Now ???istan. This land of confusion is now at war with France, as they have refused a French peace deal. These two things were on the mind of all of Russia's military commanders, including the brilliant tacticians gathered here today. That ???istan would be conquered was considered a given by Russian military command since its claim to China. The nation's random and imperialistic expansion had doomed it from the start. Nontheless, the French decision to join in the conquest of ???istan came as a surprise to most Russian military commanders. The expectation was that France would not side with Capitalist states, especially in a conflict started by New Kinichikia. However, ???istan had refused a resonable peace offer. One that would have kept it alive for some turns more. How dedicated was this confused state of making an empire, out of lands it has no claim to? Nontheless, we will offer the country of ???istan a chance to avoid intervention in support of our ally. We believe there is still a chance for peace, if an effort is made by all sides to achive it.

Here is our offer (The Archangelsk Proposal):
1: All hostilites between France, New Kinichikia, Coruscant and ???istan will cease.
2: Any land conquered by New Kinichikia will be returned, in excange for 20RP from ???istan
3: North Italy will go to France.
4: ???istan will give up all claims to China. Any land it may own there will be given to Coruscant (for free)
5: ???istan will pay 20RP to New Kinichikia and Coruscant over a period of 5 turns.
6: A NAP will be enforced between the combatents for 10 turns, allowing ???istan time to recover and choose a better course for its nation.
7: If ???istan follows this treaty, on turn 6, we will send a 20RP aid package to ???istan for good behavior and another 30RP on the 9th turn.


We believe that this is a resonable offer, and the best way to prevent hostilities.
To France: If ???istan refuses our offer, we will interven to ensure a peacefull transition to democratic socialism in ???istan and to guarantee peace in the region, however if they prove resonable, I call on you, our glorious comrad to continue working for peace.
To ???istan: This is your last chance. If you refuse, your destruction is guaranteed. Your unresonable and imperialistic claims have put you in this mess. Only sanity and reason can get you out.
To Sindhustan: You refused our offer, and saw that we will protect what is ours. We offer you 5RP for the 2 Northern provinces, you can keep the Southern. Otherwise, we will be forced to take action to preserve the rights of those in the border zone.


As the world spirals toward war, the Russian Army is mobilized and placed on Awareness Level 2 (War is iminent) following the Ozerov Conflict scale.

In Turkmenistan, soldiers mass to defend Socialism and the motherland, and to show the Southern Empire that Sociallist Russia can and will defend itsself. On the border with the minor nation of Free Ukrain, soon to be peacefully joined with New Kinichikia, an army prepares to protect the people of the Balkans from what appears to be the irrational dictatorship of ???istan. Russia promises to do its best to stand for sanity in the comming storm. Their shall be peace, even if it must be fought for. Freedom isn't free.

In consideration of the Russian peace suggestion for ???istan, it has came the duty for Operation Turtle to remain the full focus, leaving Operation Goat Charge as the response of ???istan’s failure to take peace. Our forces are set to “Blue Arrival” in preparation for the likely assaults in socialist Italy. Your position in the safeguarding of the borders must be set to the maximum yield. Still while you set up the tunnel networks for the resistance I suggest you also set up the means for the attack any rate, for we must be prepared. ???istan has proven itself to be aggressive and its ruling too dangerous to be left alone. We must defend ourselves from ???istan and then go in to restore order. Such policies is the natural hope we have in ensuring not only security among our borders but also that we could in gaining more members for the S.U.D.S that we can border the capitalists, allowing us to know both our limits.

On a lighter note I will like to inform you that Victor Miles is setting up the debate in the University of Paris. “So what is your view on the matter?” will be set up, then the Corcusant members of the debate should arrive, then Radio Misch should conduct the introduction and finally Miles will come up to begin the all important answering of questions. I learned this thanks to my sister Alison who is going to be among the audience. This should get our minds off and on the matter I guess. It will be a good joy in times of waiting... for the storm.

Should we continue the assault? The Archangelsk Proposal has been accepted by ???istan, let we fear that the region is chaotic to left under imperialist rule. Therefore I have sent request for a notification to Russia. The request I demand is simple: the S.U.D.S will prepare for Operation Goat Charge unless ???istan agrees to free Austria from it rule. That nation deserves better treatment and it will find great treatment as a member of the S.U.D.S. Still... I just do not like missing the chance of taking on an imperialist force. The Grand Senate I am aware is let to decide. I will make my case for why we should march into ???istan and turn over the entire area for the S.U.D.S. It is bad enough we have fascists on our doorsteps and capitalists across the pond. We do not need to also have imperialists.

Also, here is the backstory why Austria is named ???istan. It was in one of my RP posts, but you didnt read it, it seems.

Before 150 years Austria was united under Emperor Francis I, who was overthrown by King Talimamamamaka. He ruled 50 years, but he was assasinated by a communist. Then the four viceroys of Austria declared themselves Kings and started a civil war, while almost every citizen declared himself King. Then civil war broke and the 1,000 tiger escaped and ate all diplomats. Then for 100 years Austria was forgoten and was renamed to ???istan.

Unification of Austria: War between Neo Nazi ???istan and King Francis II

Dictator Papadopoulos:

Papadopulos, in one aggresive move, took over all of Austria, except the kingdom if Francis II. Francis II knew that if Papadopoulos united all of Austria, then he would move against him. So Francis II, with the Holy Army, an army of 10,000 Austrian Patriots who wanted to unite Austria, moved against Papadopulos.

Meanwhile Papadopoulos, trying to make alliance with the fedual lords of the lands he had taken over, because even if those lands were occupied,the fedual lords still had power and if Papadopoulos executed them, the people would revolt, declared the Federal Neo Nazi Republic of ???istan and declared Austria to be a thing of the past.

Although Papadopoulos managed to gain allies in the fedual class, since the Fedual Lords didnt wanted a united Austria but a dvided ???istan, he upset the Austrian Patriots.

So Francis II started a revolution in North Austria, and at the same time his armies of 10,000 men faced Papadopoulos huge 1,500,000 men army.

The entire Holy Army was wiped out. Only the King survived. However their fall started a national myth. Their sacrifice born a new Austrian nationalism. One forgoten since the times of the Great King Francis I.

King Francis escaped into Vienna, capital of the Vienna Province of the Neo Nazi federation. Although Papadopoulos gave orders to the local governor to execute the King, he refused because he was afraid of a revolution.

Soon the federation collapsed and civil war broke out between Neo Nazi and Patriots. It was a heroic time. Patriots wrote poems about Austria and Nationalism. The Fedual Lords, knowing that all of them would be executed if Papadopulos lost and also knowing that the dictator cant win, decided to side with the King.

King Francis II managed to take over all of ???istan. For 100 years this land had been ravaged from civil war. It had kings, Neo Nazi dictators and Communists. But now it was united.

So King Francis II, ruler of all of ???istan, Declared the Empire of Austria. Austria was once again united.

Talks are under way in the Grand Senate on what to do about the Empire of Austria. The Grand Senate is debating on two areas: whether to accept Russia’s peace proposal or accept Premier Rojo’s demands for the full quote on quote “liberation of the masses in Central Europe via the blood of the revolution.” The Grand Premier has begun to take consideration from the peace proposal. Despite the desire for peace, there is opposition in the Grand Senate for the proposal, most notably from half of the Socialist Revolution Guild and the Communist Party. The Communist Party, which recent party elections saw Maria Dorde getting replace by Helen Dufort, whom is a keen promoter of quote on quote “global willed spread revolution via any tools at hand.” The crisis is likely to see the main election for the S.U.D.S to come early as the chaotic crisis has generated buzz of concerns from the citizens of the S.U.D.S. Outside the Grand Senate anti-war protesters clashed with protesters that were backing Rojo’s demands. Whatever happens Operation Turtle... the defence preparation military operation that is set in case of a invasion from Austria... is still under way in fear of uncertainty of the future of not just Europe but the world.

On board the S.N.V St George, Admiral Darius Sargent was observing the view of Austria from his goggles. The Red Normandy Fleet had been dispatch to serve for Operation Goat Charge if it were to go to place. At the moment Sargent was awaiting orders to commence the operation or to leave at the demands of a peace deal. A few minutes ago he was informed that the Grand Premier had accepted Austria’s call to send their diplomats to the Grand Senate, which had recently became a massive argument hall on what to do about Austria. Now the Admiral of the fleet was waiting for orders...

“Sir! We receive reports that our troops are still deployed in Operation Turtle in case of any... setbacks.” It was the S.N.V’s Captain Zubin Sherazi, who had recently been checking the medical supplies to see if all was in order.

“Right” went Sargent. “I... hope we will see we get through this.”

“Hopefully no war” went Sherazi.

“Hopefully no war” lied the Admiral. He secretly was keen on fighting an empire, just to demonstrate his fantasies and strike down his frustrations. He hated the co-operation the S.U.D.S was doing with the capitalists and was agonised with the continued existence of the Downfall Gang. He hoped this war would break out so that Europe would not have let another imperialist force. This could be his chance... then Russia decided to take the role of peace keeper. Traitors to the socialist cause! No course he never wished to yell that... he would be removed from his position if they felt a figure so keen to fight was in the position where they should be trusted to not want to go to war. Alas Sargent had gotten through..

“Admiral! We are receiving a coded message from Paris!” It was the Communications Officer Wekesa Afolayan who spoke that. “I am decoding the message for your viewing!”

“Right” went Sargent. He was followed by Sherazi as he went to the terminal, observing the words that came on the screen:

Commence preparations for Operation Goat Charge.

You are to load up and prepare to shoot but only shoot when orders are given or if the Austrians attack.

Air and land forces will soon commence their part in the mission. They will move in when you shoot.

Be on stand by this further instructions.

We must not be the aggressor, so keep those guns loaded but not firing.

“Attention!” went Admiral Sargent. “It seems our duty is to come. We are to commence preparations to fire but not to fire at the present! Commence “Scarlet Stance!” We will prepare to do our duty for the revolution!”

“Via la revolution” went the crew... barring Sharazi who went up to Sargent’s ears and whispered “I do not trust these orders... it is strange that we are allowing diplomats in while we prepare to have cannon shells out.”

“I do my duty” went Sargent. “I will accept the call. I will prepare to fight the enemies of the revolution. I... will not be off guard.”

“I... hope so too” went Sharazi, worried that the orders were not from O’Brian...

Meanwhile in an unknown location...

A lone spy smiled at the message he sent to the Red Normandy Fleet. Pretending to be O'Brian was easy via a computer. It was a skilled work of the Shadow Guild to ensure that Sargent would pass the “anti-warmonger” tests for the position of being in such a vital role in preparing for “possible” conflicts. George Chaput would have his hand not linked to this via him being on a debate show. Excellent... the spy of the Shadow Guild turned around to face his master: the Shadow Directive. They had seen a possible power profit for themselves if the S.U.D.S were to enter conflict. Tension would rise. Even if Sargent did not the fire the incident would make peace a distant dream. Perfect for a secret service that wanted to ensure its hold on power via hope of panicking senators, all in need of advice, all in need of escorting, all in need of direction, all in need... of serving the Shadow Directive. Muhahaha!

“I have done well” went the spy smiling.

“So you did...” went one of the members of the Shadow Directory, their voices distorted deliberately to keep themselves hidden deeply, their identities also hidden by the dark shadow that covered them all.

“My reward... it is sure to come?” went the spy.

“It would if you pose no threats of connection” went a risen member of the Shadow Directory, pointing a pistol at the spy. The spy panicked but five shots ensured the panic ended with the spy on the ground.

No risks must be ensured.

Note: the S.U.D.S is not officially warring but peace may now be difficult thanks to the hand of the Admiral Sargent.

Dear senators of France. King Francis II, the first ruler of a unified Austria since the death of Talimamamamaka, 100 years ago, has send me, Diplomat Greco, to negotiate with you.

King Francis II send me in your senate with one goal. To make sure that peace will be restored in Europe.

Austria believes that our two nations should have peace in order to prosper. Making central Europe a huge battlefield will hurt both of our economies and it will cut the land trade routs between Western and Eastern Europe. Not to say that millions will die.

Also we are sure that Russia will support us in case the peace is rejected by France.

You say that socialism supports peace. If this is true, then you should accept Russia's fair peace offer. Also we are prepared for war. Dont think that we cant defend Austria in case of an invasion.

We believe that the senators of France will be smart enough to see that this peace is the best for all of us.

The Grand Senate was still debate on whether to allow an empire to life or to go against their quest for peace. Both would lead opposition from different parts of the S.U.D.S. The Grand Premier himself was divided so much on the issue that he had summoned all the premiers of the S.U.D.S and all top political leaders to gather in a meeting in Orleans. Lisa Tolbert, currently to be part of Miles’s audience, had sent instead Jessica Perrot, the Vice Premier of the French Commune, instead. Naturally many scorned Lisa for her decision to focus on the debate show as oppose to state affairs but this was all focused off by Robert Samson’s words that the collective can still make its mind without one of its members. Nelson Mynatt, the Chief Resister Keeper of the Grand Senate, began to take on the records of who was there. The list of the premiers recorded were as followed:

After the check up was done, they began to talk. It will would some time but even though it continued on a notable agreement was made as they continued to speak: Operation Turtle will continue till there was certain that peace was in our time. Hopefully Operation Goat Charge would not need to be... so long there was no fool that tried to cause it to operate...
