edit: I just realized Iceland looks like a duck. How about I get the head side of the coast, ending at the first hump on the top, and going south to the part where the coastline starts going north instead of south.

As a separate "claim", I request authorization from the United Nations Security Council to launch a military incursion into Paraguay and Uruguay, following the deadly bomb blast in Juan Domingo City. This will involve briefly occupying the territories whilst order is restored but will not involve annexation of any territory - their governments will be allowed to function as normal, the only thing which will change is that Peróntine troops will be on the ground in these territories, attacking insurgents and arresting suspected insurgents.

I don't think the CCCP has any problem with oil at this moment in time, with masses of reserves of the stuff in Siberia (which they wouldn't even need to ship home!). Plus, their ally Israel has plenty of oil that they could trade for over land routes. This would help Joecoolyo's economy as well.
