I personally suggest just shelling the area, or doing an aerial/orbital bombardment. That'll clear out any untriggered explosives.

Matthew barabas must have drank too much slurpee today, as he sent 500 condemned prisoners to the French embassy, wherein the mines exploded under their feet. it took just hours. no survivors. there are no more condemned prisoners and scans show that 80% of the mines are still left.

The Polish government condemns Mathalamus for its deplorable atrocity and utter disregard for human dignity. Condemned prisoner or otherwise, walking into a minefield is cruel and unusual punishment.

It doesn't change anything, but an embargo is instated as an act of symbolism.
