Hm. Seems like we'd get nowhere with that kind of set up. So I'll help return things back to normal by agreeing to the terms of white peace with the Horde. The Bund returns to Klein Venedig with the merchant shipments meant for Russia.
The Ottoman Empire shall have peace with the Horde. In other news today, record low temperatures have been recorded in Hell. The damned take a break from eternal torture and have an ice skating competition.
Poland reiterates its offer of NAP-trade packages with the Ottomans and Pacific Federation, and proposes similar agreements with France, Spain and Carthage. (I'm a little short on diplospeak at the moment.)
Admiral Castro has grown bored of the Horde and will take a white peace if the Horde still feels like it.
Siberia decides to offer a trade agreement and alliance to Denmark and Poland. We also offer trade agreements with Carthage and all the other European nations.

Spain Lays Claim to Argentina!Today, a unit of Spanish soldiers landed outside of Buenos Aires and entered the city. They were attacked by the king of the city-state that had developed after the collapse of the IUN, but he was easily overthrown. Once the Spanish had engaged the local military, many local anti-warlord militias sprung up around the city and helped the Spanish. They were welcomed as liberators, not as Conquistadores. After news spread, other areas of Argentina began requesting to join Spain. They were accepted, and there were great parties in Madrid and in Buenos Aires.
Besides being a great triumph for Spain, it was also a triumph for international cooperation. Before sending troops, King Matteo met with the leaders of the other South American Empires and recieved their blessing in the invasion. Hopefully this will be a beacon of hope and an example for all nations of international cooperation.
