Imperium Offtopicum VI

@mongolia: no apology is necessary. you were, after all, suspicious of my motives. its my fault for not.. say.. making Russia an NPC when i needed some time.

Very well, we hope good relations can be made. We request, in the name of this, free trade and assistance in finding the traitor of the AU.

Yes. The reward may take any (Reasonable) form, and will be decided by the AU.

That does me no good given that the AU has lost most of its membership with half the remainder very suspicious of the other half.

What is the evidence clearing Duke? And for curiosity, what proves me innocent either?
Past experiences in other IOT's and his actions in this one show honor. I have never seen him betray anyone in 3 different IOT's (@tailes, sorry to use past IOT's as an example, but I am pissed right now and I want to catch the suspect. The only evidence we have is their past actions). Honestly, on this site he is the person I trust the most, and so if he said didn't do it, I believe him.

The jury will be the legislation of Great Japan.

Civ P is a middle of the road guy, he MIGHT have done it, but innocent until proven guilty says he didn't. That said, we need to come up with a method of trial. Is the Asia group closed now to non-members? Shoot me a PM.
I doubt Civ P did it. I have been helping him fund rebels in Australia and he supported the killing of Australia but asked that we didn't declare war and kept funding rebels until he did. I agreed to that. I don't know why CivP would suddenly go back on us. However given Zelets hint, he is the prime suspect.

Maxithegreat is a STRONG suspect, the only thing clearing him is he's new and probably wouldn't know how to use the invisible feature. But you never know. And he probably has weak ties with the group.
Maxithegreat is the biggest and yet smallest suspect. He's new to the site so we know less about him then any other player. On the other hand everyone one of his posts makes him seem innocent and weak.

The last suspect, Nedim. He was the only one in the group that being part of Asia was more of a liability then an asset. Civp and I agreed to go against Australia. I promised to declare war on anyone who entered Maxi's SOI.

I have respect (something that is actually hard to get from me) from every member of the union besides Farsight. So whoever it is my opinion of them just hit rock bottom.

I will reward my XP's and LP's for the next 6 turns I find myself in peace to the person who first PM's me evidence of who the culprit was. Mongolia will also give a separate award.

the Intrem Minister will agree to a free trade agreement, but wont help you find the traitor. because we are *kinda* busty restructuring the Government to a democratic one, and trying to finish the Nuclear Program for deterrence purposes.

not to mention to reorganization of the military, privation, etc.

@Ilduce- OOC: That is true, though I've been just as trustworthy as Duke. I'm not sure if you are allowed to use it publicly or not though, however: IC: He DID leave. I'm not saying he did it, he's usually trustworthy, but we need to do a token investigation, just in case.

As for your jury, for better or worse, they cannot convict a foreign leader of a crime. The AU needs to convict him.

What was Zelet's hint? I personally think he's innocent, but I'm not sure. The only person I'm sure didn't do it is you. And only because you doing it would increase the odds of you getting killed (The same could be said for me, thus I have proved my innocence.)

Maxithegreat is the biggest and yet smallest suspect. He's new to the site so we know less about him then any other player. On the other hand everyone one of his posts makes him seem innocent and weak.

He has bad relations with Asia, which is points against him, but being an inexperienced leader, he might not yet know the art of treachery or sneaking around (Invisible mode for OOC.) So I think he's suspicious, but probably not guilty.

The last suspect, Nedim. He was the only one in the group that being part of Asia was more of a liability then an asset. Civp and I agreed to go against Australia. I promised to declare war on anyone who entered Maxi's SOI.

Nedim is supporting Lighthearter against Darth Caesar, so he may have done it to spite me.

@Sonereal- Why not?

I booted him from the group when I declared war. If he wants (which I doubt) he is free to rejoin.

Zelets hint was the nation bordered the pacific. Which narrows it down to Preatoria, Japan, Pacific, Mongolia and Siberia.

His punishment will be my invasion of his country.

But Light genocided the Muslims...

OOC: You guys do realize that the group is public and that anyone can read your discussions, right?

IC: The Spanish Intelligence Agency has looked into the issue and discovered that Spain recieved a copy of the Death Wish List from Japan. Apperently, there was a mistake on the postage and instead of only sending the list to Asian nations, it was sent to every world leader.

Spain would like to recieve it's reward from Japan now.

Actually, you hate us, we don't hate you. But tensions have been chilling for some time. Let's reopen trade shall we?

We should.

Also, name your price;)

I really rather not. Getting involved in Asian politics left a very bad taste in my mouth given A.) The ill-fated war against the Horde and B.) The Siberia Incident.

OOC: You guys do realize that the group is public and that anyone can read your discussions, right?

If anything, whoever's the admin of that group should be charged with high treason given how every. Single. Post. Was. Public.

Everything. From the planned carve up Australia (and funding the rebels) to the idea of Mongolia backstabbing Russia after singing an alliance. The "spies", were the people who told me the group was public in the first place would be a few of the members who joined and told me how before they joined, they noticed they could read everything.

I almost thought that was part of the plan and then you started acting surprised as hell when people ALWAYS KNEW WHAT YOU GUYS WERE UP TO.

OOC: Can you even gift XP?

Meanwhile, in the Mojave Desert

The situation in the US Eastcoast has gained attention to the NCR. Officals hope that the conflict does not spill over into Middle America, The NCR, and Canada. If it ever comes to that situation. The Republic shall aid her allies in the even both friends have been attacked by the two nations in the East.

the first time it happened, I checked the group settings and realized it was public. I am really confused I have change the group settings 3 times in the last week to tick that stupid box that said most be in group to view content. I am really confused as to how it keeps getting unticked, as I doubt my brother/sister would just log on to piss me off, considering I doubt they even know I play IOT, let alone control a social group for it. I also doubt it was a mod, as what would they gain from that...

anyway, whatever. For the third time this week, the spies have been caught and condemned to slavery for life.

Haha wow... I am glad I never posted, i didnt know a group could be public... Well, gentlemen, let the past lie. I propose that, in the fallout of the diplomatic embarrassment which occurred today, the AU should be dissolved and replaced (and a new social group formed).

Duke Blackstone,
Thankful that its Over

And war was averted!

Party in Havana!

Wait a minute....

The Federation would like to apologize for publicly showing your 'Death List', we hope to build stronger relations with Asia.
