The Chinese Union had begun an aggressive advance into the region, which had long since fallen into the hands of warlords. Heavy resistance had stalled the advance, but the Chinese Union refused to have territory so close to its capital in the hands of bandits and outlaws. The warlords' armies had the advantage of knowledge of the terrain, but the Chinese Union had the advantage of several tanks, recovered from depots long ago and restored to fighting condition. The tanks were old, but effective, especially psychologically. Once parts of occupied Manchuria calmed down, martial law was lifted, and new local democratic governments were formed, under the rule of Beijing.

Domestic Advisor: I bring good news! Today, the people wish to unite the Hispanic-speaking country of Puerto Rico with the rest of the Latino Nation.
Prime Minister: Excellent! Finally, the country that inspired the pink triangle on our country's flag, my favourite part of the flag, by the way, shall be united with us!
Foreign Advisor: Mr. Prime Minister, sir, I have distressing news to report. It appears that The Republic of the Gulf Coast (Red_Spy) has chosen to go against our their prior agreement to allow us to claim the territory represented by Puerto Rico. In fact, they have decided to claim it for themselves!
Prime Minister: Prior agreement, you say? Do you have evidence of this discussion?
Foreign Advisor: Of course! I keep good records of all of our dealings with other nations. All the better to pass on any specific requirements of our trading partners to our network of traders, so that mistakes are not made. Here is the relevant part of the conversation in question:
Prime Minister: Hmmm, and so you say that The Repulic of the Gulf Coast now wants to go back on their word?
Foreign Advisor: Well, they have publically claimed the territory. Attempts to negotiate with The Republic of Gulf Coast have fallen on deaf ears.
Head of Intelligence: What's that about dividing-up the Carribean?
Foreign Advisor: Originally, The Republic of the Gulf Coast thought that we wanted it all for ourselves and then asked for a couple of territories there. We countered by pointing out the Hispanic-speaking countries and those that weren't and offered them far more options than they originally believed that they had.
Prime Minister: What is their fascination with Puerto Rico, anyway?
Head of Intelligence: Puerto Rico was once a US-held territory.
Prime Minister: When you say "territory," do you mean the same territories on our current map?
Head of Intelligence: No, it had a different definition. In particular, Puerto Rico is a majority Hispanic-speaking country that the US had not given formal recognition--unlike Hawaii, it had not been made into a State and therefore its residents were not allowed to participate in US Presidential Elections. It is a nation in its own right and while it once reported to the US, the same could once have been said for the US reporting to the UK.
Prime Minister: So, in other words, the people were treated like second-class citizens. Hmmm, could we arrange for some sort of territorial-sharing agreement with The Republic of the Gulf Coast? Maybe they could have some of Puerto Rico's territories while we could have others?

Our goal is to unite the Hispanic-speaking countries, many of which are tiny and are only represented by a single territory or two. Domestic Advisor: Most certainly! The people wish to bring our influence to Santiago de Cuba, the second largest city in Cuba and an important sea port in the region. The city is also known for many famous musicians and traditional dances, including one from which salsa was derived.
Prime Minister: Ahhh, it would be nice to extend our collective culture with additional influences. Anywhere else?
Domestic Advisor: Yes, indeed, this time, a somewhat contested region, known as Belize City.
Head of Intelligence: Ahhh yes, the infamous debate: is it part of Guatemala or is it not?
Domestic Advisor: Regardless, the people wish the residents to join with us. It was originally a Mayan city by the name of Holzuz. It is a city that has lived through many natural disasters, including powerful hurricanes.
Prime Minister: It is likely that the survivors there will be a resilient people who will be useful in sharing survival tactics and stories of hope with the rest of our nation. Anywhere else?
Domestic Advisor: Chiclayo, Peru. It has been known the world over as a very friendly city and has been dubbed The Capital of Friendship. It has been traditionally a small city, but due to its strategic location, it became a transportation hub for the nearby region. It once boasted fascinating architecture, some of which may still stand today.

Latino Nation's Prime Minister: We would like to make public one of the proposals that we offered to The Republic of the Gulf Coast (Red_Spy). In particular, we suggested partitioning the island of Puerto Rico so that it could be shared between us.
Each partition could then be worth 0.5 EPs, so that the balance of EPs in the world would not become disrupted. We have yet to hear a confirmatory or disagreeing response on the matter, but we formally ask the GM if it is possible to split up a territory in this manner.

The Administrative Center of the Comintern is Sarajevo where the council meets to discuss maters of protocol and measures to be taken to safeguard Liberty and Equality. The second city is Sarai Batu where much of the secondary administration occurs. The two administrative centers are chosen by vote every 3 years.
A leading nation is elected to represent the Comintern in International situations. The Comintern has not yet voted in a leading nation.

At the night the senate of the federal republic was still working. The two main political partys argued about the taxes when they heard an explosion. The general christos entered the senate with 2.000 troopers.
The prime minister asked << what is this? what do you ..>>
Before he finish christos killed him with his gun, then he ordered all the troopers to kill all senators and burn the senate.
Next day he declared himshelf dictator telling about the communist threat. Also he declared tokugawa, who was emperor but after the fall of the 12 generals dictatorship and the declaration of federal republic he escaped, emperor.
Now with the support of the emperor ,christos recreated the Imperial japan, but some communist still fight against the dictators in the mountains of japan.
