OOC: You do know that kicking Ruchang is the red line of Japan. It cannot be crossed or the entire negotiations will fail. Ruchang has absolute power in Japan. So, asking Japan to have Ruchang arrested is like asking Ruchang is he wants to arrest himself. And as you understand, Ruchang is not a man who would allow so many years of scheming and a war that cost Japan 22 million to be a waste and his Imperial dreams, which are so close to becoming reality, faltering. Just an OOC clarification of how Ruchang thinks. If you push for his arrest, he will fight to the last man, literally.

So in short, you demand to be the sole investigators of the incident, and intend to put the NWU high command on a war tribunal before the results are even conclusive?

I think this is less about investigating the chemical plant and more about your increasingly obvious bullying of the NWU. What is done is done, though. I hope the PAU leadership can sleep at night with the knowledge that they will take more lives with their aggressive actions then this alleged chemical weapons factory will.

Of course they do not want peace. They want the utter destruction of Japan. They do not even make a pretense of wanting to negotiate peace with Japan. The UN has shown it's true face, first by killing of 20,000,000 people and then refusing any offer of peace while labeling the Japanese as "imperialists".

All Laos wants is a peaceful and stable Vietnam, along with compensation for the loss of lives in Vietnam. This would include the removal of any and all current and future Japanese influence and ties to Vietnam. If you can do that, Laos could end the state of war between it and Japan.

Besides, it's not like we have actually fought. All I have done is peacekeeping in and rebuilding Vietnam.
