I know that exists, but giving money to Laos to use on rebuilding Vietnam now speeds up the process. Besides, most of UNFIVOR is focused on fighting at the moment.

The Gangnam Republic will send a few regiments of soldiers and multiple transports of food and medicine.

The Gangnam Republic would like to invest heavily into infrastructure in both Laos and Vietnam.
In total, we're sending:
-50.000 soldiers
-240.000 civilian volunteers
-188 state officials, military officers and directors of big Korean companies.
-17 Energy Cells filled with stored energy from the Geothermal Plant under Seoul
-40.000 tons of building materials (wood, granite, steel, plastic, silver)
-20.000 tons of food.
-16.000 tons of medical equipment
-1500 researchers and scientists
-5 Stealth jet Bombers.
-17.000 vehicles
-money and much, much more.

NATIONAL TELEVISION OF INDONESIA
"Bringing to Indonesia - The World."

INDONESIA MOBILIZED, EMERGENCY DRILLS CONDUCTED
Following a biochemical attack that killed about 20 million people in Japan, and the recently announced conflict between NWU and the PAU, General Secretary Carma Cecilia and President De’Arale announced that Indonesia will enter a state of military mobilization. The military will be on full alert, and citizens were trained to conduct emergency evacuations, and also air raid or missile strike drills. Though Indonesia have been neutral throughout the conflict, foreign pressure that includes PAU allegations of Indonesian involvement in the Japanese biochemical terrorism and also UAR embargo towards Indonesia forced the Indonesian government to take necessary measures that will prepare Indonesia if the worst case scenario of being pulled into a conflict happens. The biochemical attack in Japan and nuclear strike over Cairo are also contributing factors that causes the Indonesian leadership to take this sudden decision.

The mobilizations includes expanding Indonesian military capabilities even further, by conducting more intensive recruitment campaigns and also shifting the economy towards a war economy. Defense systems that ranges from Anti-Air Installations to Missile Defense Systems are also in full alert to combat similar cataclysm that happens in Japan and Egypt.

For the civilians, weekly emergency drills are conducted, where air-raids or nuclear strikes are simulated. Infrastructures such as Air-Raid Sirens and Protective Bunkers are being built around cities in Indonesia to combat a possible enemy strike onto the homeland soil. A warning system through mass-media and telecommunications are also established, where the government can instantly warn the citizens via Television Screens, Internet, and Mobile SMS. Other nations such as Malta have also declared a state of mobilization in response to the recent events.

Meanwhile, the government is moved out of major cities and were separated all over Indonesia in secret defended sites as long as the conflicts ongoing worldwide continues.

Carma Cecilia: “Humanity never learned from its previous mistakes, we have destroyed ourselves numerous times over-and-over again because of our animal temptations. Fighting a conflict for a meaningless glory. What have happened in Egypt and Japan have proven that both sides are willing to commit horrible genocidal actions against innocent civilians that have little to do with the war in an attempt to win their conflict….seeing that sanity is no longer around, Indonesia will take necessary steps to prepare itself if insanity ever turn its direction into Indonesia.”

CLAIMS:

To: The World
From: The Republic of Laos

Vietnam over the past few years has had its cities, land, and people facing warfare that hasn't been seen since the Great Wars in the 1900's. Rebuilding this wrecked land will not be easy, so Laos asks the world for the following. Economic and technical assistance to begin rebuilding and repopulating the devastated Vietnamese country. Any and all help will be accepted.

To : Laos
From : Indonesia

Indonesia will provide the necessary economic and technical assistance to help Vietnam. Laos can simply state the aid they would need and Indonesia will gladly provide Laos with it.
Though we will send supplies and technical experts, we will not send any military force or any military equipment whatsoever to Vietnam, as we believe Laos is able to handle the security affairs of Vietnam on its own.

The ultimatum was made clear thirty-six hours ago. It was not a neogotiation.

An official state of war exists between the Western AU of Texarkana and the Northwestern Union.

Well, at very least you're honest with your naked threats.

New Claims:

Rhodesia is offering the following 9-point ultimatum to the government of the United African Federation, should it have such a thing:
  1. Resignation of current UAF government
  2. Addition of UAF into the African Federation
  3. Destructions of all farms, plantations and production sites of materials considered illicit in Rhodesia, Mozambique and/or Botswana
  4. Cessation of all civil functions to an AF council with elections to occur next season

  9. Cessation of diplomatic handling to the AF in general and Rhodesia in Particular
Failure to comply within 24 hours shall force us to act. We cannot have this imbalanced blight upon our continent.

OOC: Tani I hate your country for IC reasons not OOC ones.

UAC refuses as it will not bow to tyrants.

OOC: I'm also resigning because I've lost track of the game and just don't feel the interest to really do this justice.

Who are you calling a tyrant? We are one of the few democracies left in the world, we allow people from across the world to pass through our nation! As proof, there are several people protesting outside the government building right now! We are extremely shocked by these allegations, therefore:
Although we laud the UAC on it's swift response we have no choice but to Declare it a failed state and start preparing an intervention against the government.

the Roman Emperor, upon hearing that Rhodesia has basically and arrogantly assumed the UAC is a tyrant just because it isn't a democracy has made him.... angry.

therefore, we warn Rhodesia not to step foot in the UAC. we can handle this one.

the Roman Empire will aid the UAC in staying stable and prosperous, under its own control.

Since the UN has not replied to our peace request and have rejected our second term (Takeshi Ruchang and Emperor Iwao will not be prosecuted), we assume that the war will continue. The UN forces have 24 hours as of now to make the situation clear or hostilities shall resume.
The Japanese offensive is at a stand-still and its domestic situation is in total crisis. Tokyo must recognize that it has lost this war. The allied coalition has no interest in incurring further loss of life, particularly in the wake of the Japanese home atrocity, and so urges Tokyo, for the sake of peace and the welfare of its impoverished citizens, to immediately agree to the following treaty:
  • The Government of Japan formally and unconditionally surrenders to the Allied Forces of China, Malaccan Federation, United Arab Republic, Gangnam Republic, Ireland, and Indo-Persian Kingdom;
  • Japan agrees to withdraw from China, Taiwan and Luzon and rescind any claims to sovereignty over these territories;
  • The present Government of Japan agrees to step down and submit itself to the International Criminal Tribunal for East Asia;
  • The Japanese Military will disband and its senior officers submit themselves to the International Criminal Tribunal for East Asia;
  • An Allied Occupation Force shall assume responsibility for all governmental affairs and oversee the return to peaceful local government;
  • Japanese research into weapons of mass destruction will be turned over to Allied authorities, and manufacturing facilities dismantled;
  • The ad-hoc practice of slavery within Japan will be immediately abolished.

(Sorry we never got the chance for that summit, 'Lec. :()

....the Roman Emperor feels that this treaty is rather harsh, even with all the things they did. we recommend softer terms if they want acceptance. at least let them keep Ruchang, so that a strong native person can lead Japan to peace.

the Roman Empire, despite being uninvolved in this war, still wants a fair outcome. Japan still has a strong navy and a strong military. it still has parts of china, and Taiwan and all. it is in a better position to fight now, than they were in the last days of WWII.

Given the horrendous crimes committed by Japan on all aspects, China fails to see how the treaty can be seen as harsh by any means. China also fails to see how Ruchang is native when he is Chinese born. Ruchang has, as our previous studies have shown, completely counterintuitive to any form of progress or stability in Japan. Remember that one of the main points of the evolved war as a whole is to take Ruchang out of power, for fear of his continued crimes against the people of both Japan and the world.

Japan is losing on all fronts. Surely the supposedly proud and wise emperor can at least see that.

still, there's no way Japan can accept that. of course, if they do, the Emperor will eat our words. paper isn't too poisonous anyway. :p

How can these countries impose a treaty like that on Japan based on that Japan is the Sauron of the game when they have caused 20 million deaths by gas?
That crime alone is far worse than all the atrocities committed by the Japanese. If any country should respond by its actions, it should now be the author of the gas attacks.
So much hypocrisy.

Not a problem. At the very least we got the powers that be to discuss peace. Often that is the best we could ask for.

You appear to be mistaken. We were called tyrants.

...whoops. my mistake. i was really tired.

anyways, the Empire is still sending peace keepers in order to secure the UAC in accordance to their people's wishes, regardless if they coincide with Rhodesian Interests.

we will, of course, build up their infrastructure to the highest available level, make sure the government is secure, and they can do whatever they want after that.

So you are suggesting that we let psychotic criminals go free because bad things sometimes happened to them? We respect that Oceania is bringing attention to the crimes perpetrated against the Japanese, but their implication that it forgives the Japanese of their own misdeeds is troubling.

So...you said you were sending troops to UAC based on an announcement, realized you heard the announcement wrong...and still sent troops anyway?

Germany is concerned that Roman leadership has suffered an extreme disconnect from reality.

insult the Roman Leadership again, and we will be a lot less kind to you. this is your only warning.

anyway, the Roman Empire is providing peace keeping missions to the UAC, so it doesn't fall into civil war, and organize a stable government according to the UAC peoples wishes. after that, we will leave. it should take only a season... i already explained all that earlier...
