this. i quit. im obviously dealing with total idiots who cannot grasp that im simply more powerful than the rest of you EXCEPT the superpowers i listed above!i surrender my nation. to Carthage and Israel. the Emperor Vanished. but nothing else changes. ( ill let you two work out the finer details), my armed forces has disbanded, my navy has sailed to Carthage and Israel in the hopes that youw ill use it well.

DISSOLUTION OF THE BYZANTINE REPUBLIC
Carthagistan acknowledges the dissolution of the Byzantine Republic. The Empire of Carthagistan asserts its rights as one of the two successor states of the Byzantine Republic. The former Byzantine Navy has been welcomed to Carthagistan at the port of Tunis and will be incorporated into our own naval forces. Citizens of Byzantium have the right to a Carthagistani citizenship and passport and to immigrate to Carthagistan.
The settlement of Byzantine territory between Carthagistan and Israel must be decided in view of our respective territorial claims in Australia (see below)
ULTIMATUM TO THE ISRAELI REPUBLIC
If Israel continues to assert its claims over South Australia and Victoria the Carthagistani-Israeli Alliance will be rendered null and void.
Carthagistan will surrender all its rights to Byzantine territory if Israel surrender all its claims in Australia.
