1. They won't let kids play their own music in case they have bad lyrics, but they play (c)rap music that are just as bad as the lyrics I wrote with my friend

2. They ban geocities and Proboards, but I sometimes see kids playing games when they're supposed to be doing work

You'll rue the day when you actually go to the labor camp called a career. There you simply get fired for not complying, they tell you exactly what to do (and worse what to wear ) Oh and as a entry level employee you may have an opinion but you better be calculated whether you offer it up.

I would do a search in Google for British longbowmen, and I would get a list of sites that were banned due to content. The schools are clueless and have no idea how to educate, despite their entire careers being to focus on such a task.

That is the point.

The reason they do not let you express your opinion is because most teenagers' 'opinions' involve insulting the teacher or his/her authority. I've seen it all before; teacher sends a student outside for wearing headphones, student proceeds to bang on about his/her 'rights'.

And the reason they tell you what to do is because they know better.
