We have no real reson to declare on you, but we will if

b: You declare war on any other American country or
c: You declare war on the EASR.

Also, I might agree to the Atlantic Alliance after you stop the war.
 
As they still have been harboured, we would be willing to assist you in the extradition of those illegally-harboured ships (but ofcourse this is merely a tentative proposal).

Tell me now, why should I even bother when what's been done? Your alliance attacks me, threatens a blockade, and I'm supposed to help you people? I'll tell you what- if everything goes to plan this turn (England withdraws, pays and Netherlands gives up this ridicoulus blockade plan), I'll take an active part in ridding this next turn.

Our blockade is by no means unlawful. You are harbouring our enemy that we are at war with. These warships have entered your territory and you have done nothing. Unless you immediately
1. Board the ships and send the crews home or
2. Send them away from your territory
you cannot consider yourself neutral anymore. That is a fact. By means of international law you cannot define yourself as neutral with one part of a
wars warships based in your harbours.
We have no need whatsoever to blockade you if you follow international law!

We will need your answer as soon as possible.

After a remark like this I think you should reconsider why you are nessing. Nessing is in no way personal. You should be able to fight a person in one nes and ally with them in another without any problem at all.
Nessing is supposed to be fun. If you are feeling you are going to get personal I think you should perhaps take a break from nessing a day or so, just so you can keep the game fun and a bit realistic for us all!

This was in no way something I said to piss you off or anything, it was just my personal opinion. I did not mean to disrespect you or anything, I just want to play a fun game.

OOC: Egh- first off I don't really take things personally. I tend to get somewhat mad when I realize I'm getting sick (which, in case, I am) and thus I was a bit hotheaded when I wrote that. For the other thing, I had nothing to do with the USCA ships in my waters- I didn't even send orders last turn. If everything goes well- as I said before- I will strike them next turn. I will not dare to if you attempt a blockade.

I agree with Colombia. You can't just do whatever you want, like blockade a neutral nation. Even if he is harbouring USCA soldiers, those are passerby or protection. Leave now or risk war with me and the EASR.
Also, the Free Union will also strike. Somehow, I feel this will be the only major event in this NES.....

There comes a time when the Atlantic Alliance Powers must realise that the Soviet government and the entire Soviet people will ignore the plight nor stand idly by while the sovereignty of any small nation is on the line. The Soviet government looks to friendship with the smaller nations of this world and will defend their sovereigty whereever threatened.

Under your thoughts, to me you are small. Does that mean I can invade you? I didnt think so, and please dont worry I only use this as an example and committ to friendship between the Brazilian and Soviet governments.

A) No, I'm not. The Commitern and the Atlantic Alliance are not at war.
B) You're not in the Commitern and if I was going to war (See C), it would probably be with you. The EASR has condoned a war against you as per diplomacy.
C) Right now, I'm not at war with anyone.

So, what exactly are you talking about?
