We basically agree with the Dutch sentiments. (about the Treaty of Vienna)
This was to AHY. I did not write this, in any way, shape, or form. I in fact had NO knowledge of this before it was posted. It was merely called the Treaty of Vienna as I offered them the use of the city, and my mediation if necessary, which it wasn't.

What we said was that we would RECOGNIZE any nation that let its people who want to leave leave. We said if they treated people fairly, we would admit that they are a real nation. At the moment we still recognize France as a nation, though not Communist, Republican, or Nationalist. We say recognize as that does not mean support them, ally with them, or anything like that, but we wil accept their nationhood. We never said that France should be partitioned. If it was taken that way, I apologize for that.

OCC: I had not intents to invade Turkey as I was trying to repair relations with them. The main source of conflict between Turkey and Greece OTL was the island of Cyprus. This island right now is occupied by the EASR so one of the major sources of conflict is gone.

The French army had tanks. The communists took control of them when France split. If I am wrong, someone tell me. I do not blame that on USER.

A new poll taken by the government has asked the people some major hypothetical questions. Questions asked were Would you support:
1) an official alliance with USER
2) joining the commintern
3) joining the Axis of Freedom,
4) war with USER
5) war with Greece
6) embargo on USER

This poll was taken of a large portion of the population of Austria-Hungary-Yugoslavia with at least 50% of all minorities polled.
The results are as follows:
1) 40.65%
2) 20.09%
3) 10.76%
4) 1.51%
5) 8.48%
6) 18.32%
7) 34.64%
8) 19.12%
These results have a margin of error of 2 points. Amazing results are that while major portions of minorities were polled, only 19% support seperatism, the lowest figure in months. Also notable is that support for nothing is high, with the highest being an alliance, lowest being war with U.S.E.R.. Also, it is plainly obvious that the population CURRENTLY supports USER more than Greece in this recent crisis, though 90.01% support peace compared to 9.99% who support a war. We would like to emphasize that these questions were hypothetical, and results would mean nothing but a referendum of everone, not just most of the population.

That was the incription on the Memorial Monument. And as this monument to the righteous victory of the USCA in the Imperialist War was unveiled, President Antonio read the incription aloud. He wrote it himself, even if he beleive only part of it. Juan Antonio was a patriot, and this the prose of one. The blood of those 2 Million though, served only to shore up his regime. None questioned their hero now, the El Presidente. Dissent was down, "spontaneous" rally's were breaking out, and every word of Juan Antonio was taken without doubt as the truth. He was entrenched in their minds, but more importantly their hearts. The sacrifice of 2 Million was a paltry sum for that power.

This was the question Juan Antonio asked himself, yet it hardly mattered. The people loved him as he loved them. He was not heartless, but his heart was cold in a passion for his country, his nation. The Serene State he would create. These were the questions he dwelt on, but outwardly none could know.
It was said the People shouldn't fear their government, their government should fear their people.
But in both cases their wrong. The people should love their government, and the government should protect its people. At all costs.
And this was how Juan Antonio slept at night. He was the perfect leader in a new age.
