As our nation looms into anarchy, it becomes clear that our nation could erupt into civil war. We announce to any nation in Europe, to help us crush pockets of terrorist socialist. (In our nation. We're not saying all socialists are terrorists)
Also, this week, we uncovered a plot by a gang called the Greater Socialist Fascism Party that was going to bomb our military bases and help communists take over Paris. This is unacceptable. Many civilians have died in Madrid, and they continue. Luckily, anywhere on the coast remains loyal to us.

Until the actual situation in Spain can be ascertained, we suggest diplomatic contact with the Spanish be suspended, and officially announce this step as regards our foreign ministry.
OOC: Honestly, what is going on? Many of these stories are doing this that are supposed to be left up to the mod. To keep things moderately sane, I've been viewing everything that includes polling stats and "the will of the people", among other things, as propaganda that may or may not have basis in fact. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the will of the people, what areas remain loyal to an old government, and whether a coup is successful are all up to the mod's discretion, are they not?
