Germany itself has not supported any war or fought a war for too many wars to count. Germany does care if someone outside the Axis is attacked but we prefer not to get involved in wars that are none of our business. We will offer to negiotate peace but we will not force them to come to peace.

Our policies are not wicked, vile or evil and Germany percieves this as an insult. All USER diplomats have 24 hours to withdraw from German embassies. If you believe we are a vile nation with policies that are evil we see not further point in trying to negiotate with you.

Our government has worked hard to perserve peace within the government. We have never supported war outside our or within our alliance.

As a final statement. One of the most devstating wars was the English civil war. That war left cities in ruin and brought down a great empire. Thousands died many of them innocent. You helped this by gassing innocent bystanders in India. DO not tell us we are evil when you gassed villages filled with innocent people such as women, childern, and the eldery. This was the most vile act by any means.

Never call our policies biased when you constantly condem every Axis member as a warmonger or a threat to your people. We percieve communism as a threat to our people for it is a imaginary place of equailty on all levels only achieved by brutal dictatorship.

You misremember that the English Civil war was a rebellion against the rightful government of England which I am allied with under the Committern.

In the French civil war the leaders of the Peoples Republic asked for assitance and I gave it to them. Thus I have never attacked anybody where you have invaded California and Canada.

This is the treaty that I find acceptable, and I'm quite confident the CSA should find no fault in. The people of the Americas all benefit from this treaty, that ends Carribean and South American enslavement by the Imperialists for good.

The Treaty of San Salvador​

1: The Dutch Government shall apologize for the trangressions listed by the USCA before they attempted to invaded USCA territory

2: The USCA shall release the Dutch captives to Amsterdam, and Juan Antonio shall pay them the amount of money in wages they missed out of his own generous, kind-hearted pocket.

3: The Island of Jamiaca as well as the island group known as the Lower Antilles, shall be ceded too the USCA.

4: The Island Group known as the Bahamas shall be Ceded to the CSA

5: English Guyana and Dutch Suriname shall be ceded to the USCA

6: English Guyana and Dutch Suriname shall then be given the choice of independence or integration into the Greater Republic of Brazil. If Brazil rejects them, they shall be given independence out right

7: The USCA shall pay reperations of 1 IC to the English Government

8: The Dutch shall pay reperations of 1 IC to the CSA
