I had no idea that he is known outside Germany! Perhaps something more upbeat would be worth consideration, though. Maybe a satellite orbiting the earth, to display how you feel like an outsider? Or something along the lines of "A Stranger in a Strange Land" (a certain Iron Maiden cover springs to mind).
