King Kheti, had known of the troubles that had befallen the Black Onyx Pyramids, and he had attempted to solve the problem. An earthquake had struck the region, merely a tremor, but the Black Marble cap to the pyramid had fallen off.
You could hear a grown spread through the nation as news of this event travelled throughout Aegypt. Kheti had ordered the work-teams to reaset the cap out of his own money. And the work-crews had set to work.
A month later however, the work was not done, due to problems with the workcrews. They said the pyramids was haunted, by angry souls, or rather angry Tantamani. Not many people want to deal with an angry Hero.
King Kheti approached the pyramid. With him was a small suffusion of pinks, and a couple of whites. The whites smiled and kept silent, the pinks worried that King Khetis actions would put them at risk.
"I will enter the Pyramid, and confront this spirit, I will ease it. As Gods Chosen representative it is within my power," Kheti announced.
The pinks grew pales, deathly silent, the whites nodded, it needed to be done. The Workcrews seemed happy, they had faith in their King.
King Kheti approached the seal to the pyramid. Held out a palm and pushed. The seal turned to dust. Kheti entered in a rain of sand.
Minutes turned to hours, and the pink's the gaggle of men became ever more agitated, one of the pinks began to approach the door. A white slapped him and pulled him back.
"With what authority do you approach this ancestral tomb? Are you related? Do you hear your ancestors calling out to you? No? Well then do not enter, it would be sacrilige for yourself to enter King Kheti's ancestor's tombs. You can be of no help in there,"
It was nearing sunset when King Kheti exited the tomb, he was pale, and sweaty, as if he had undergone great tasks of hardship. In his hands he carried a green clothed bundle. He unwrapped it.
The Suns setting rays bounced off of it. It sparkled coppery Gold.
"This is my ancestors Sword, this is Tantamani's Sword, and by this sword I will lead Aegypt,"
OOC: Technically, it was Asmasis's sword, but his myth is mostly folded into Tantamani's. And yes the swords arn't the same duh. Its a fakes its actually fairly modern sword. Its amazing what trickery etc can do ya
