My second demand is two of the most attractive virgins from every country on earth be delivered to me The Commander. If they are not attractive enough I will destroy the country that sent them to me.

You have 24 hours to comply with my demands before I destroy the first city.

At this current time, the American Federation believes that China is to be welcomed into the Chicago Pact. We have developed a pact in which China has agreed to step on the road to democratization. We feel that China's inclusion into this pact is the reason that this democratization is possible. If the worlds most populous country is to become a new democracy, this would greatly set foward the people of the world.

So for this, I ask you to continue to allow China into the Pact, and even if I fail to win the election this November, both candidates from the Liberty Party and the Unity Party have also expressed their wish that China be included with the Chicago Pact. However, we will respect the wishes of our fellow members.

At this time, the American Federation proposes that the People's Republic of China adopts the basic rights of Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, and Freedom of Expression, and adopts a working constitution within four years.
