Almighty in all seriousness the Military side will likely be granted the majority of the units by the mods, just like Strider's original proposal.

With that in mind... if you guys have the forces to put down the rebellion and launch your offensive at me as well, then you are either bluffing or the IDA has something up it's sleeve. Maybe you desire only to capture Delphi for your cruel experiments and your agression against the military is a diversionary tactic.

While the MA may have more troops than the IDA, in the case of delphi, the UEP is also invoved. A large amount of troops from the East of Phoenatica, (who's alleigence is not divided in any way) are being Mobilised to march on Delphi. There is no plan currently to use these forces against the MA (or the IDA for that matter), but they will form the majority of the troops used to put down the Delphi rebellion, leaving the IDA free to kick your @ss .
That's what the IDA has up it's sleeve, the UEP!

To reveal a secret even the 'sphinxians didnt notice:

The blue mountains is a secret installation of the civil defense of delphi county. For a long time, a secret circle of the western provinces has met there for underground activity against the evil activities going on in our nation. It is the thing you called sometimes "the conspiracy", because you knew something was there but you could not figure it our. We also have some of the missing citizen hidden in secret places, where we saved them from assasination attemts by the secret service and other agencies.
A few weeks ago, we notices why this are was so special: We discovered a device which we could turn into the most powerfull weapon our world knows. This weapon is enabled and placed in the mountains of delphi, ready to be used.
I believe the babylonians got hold on some information on this, which also was the reason for their uprise near the southern border.
Im happy our civil defense forces managed to stay secret with so many army units around us, but i believe most of them are on our side anyways.

My city, Heliopolis, has an underground factory (not underneath the city itself, because that's where the sewers are). Heliopolis's underground factory will be able pump out eight modern armors divisions in one civ turn as well. We also make airfresheners. Here's a sample Strider. Don't they smell great? BTW, you will never find the factory and take my airfresheners away.
