Interesting Screenshots

New Zealand's Southern Alps pretty much hug the west coast, classic coastal subduction zone.

North Island is basically a volcano.

This isn't from a game but I always wondered what a city view with everything would look like...

Is the Colossus naked?

You've never built it before?

I don't remember; I know that I've never looked at it in the city view, certainly.

That might be possible in a tiny map/minimum opponent 20K Chieftan-level game.

@ Casey... love the Houston pic :goodjob:

Getting everything is easy. Just play a game with no opponents. :smug:

The Great Lighthouse is there - look under the tip of the Colossus's spear.

Not really true- some of these things can't normally exist in the same city. For example, an aqueduct and a hydro plant can never exist in the same city, since you can't build an aqueduct if you have fresh water access and you can't build a hydro plant if you don't have fresh water acces.

Hoover Dam.

By the way, how did you even manage to finish the Apollo Program with cities improved at that degree?

It's probably a mod, and he just edited himself to start with Space Flight, and gave himself an SGL to rush the Apollo Program with. I can't think of any other reason to have cities that underdeveloped, or any other reason there are a bunch of unfortified Regular Defensive units sitting in all of his cities. It would also explain the city names, which are indicative of either being pre-placed or an extremely absurd settling pattern, due to the order of the American city list.

But don't you only have to have a river in the city's radius to build a hydro plant, and the aqueduct can still be built if the river is only at the edge?

There's an Aqueduct in the picture, and the city is also on a river - that looks like a city that has had everything added in the editor.

He TOLD US he didn't build it in a game.
