Succession
Surviving nations are awaiting their old leaders. Players can also create new nations or take control of the many NPCs. Any PC that is not reclaimed is made open once the game grounds itself.

Now then, it's time I put out the official call for the Old Guard.

IIRC I spent the last few turns sending all my armies to Canada with orders to kill Captain2, and Captain2 alone, who had nuked Edinburgh simply for the sake of doing so. Of course I wasn't taking it seriously - I assumed everyone wasn't taking it seriously by that point.

And no, I certainly would not return under special conditions reserved only for me, as that wouldn't be fair for everyone else. Keep Scotland reserved for me, I'll likely still join and Captain2 and I will work something out - I'm expecting one hell of a prologue from you, though
