Description: I haven't really worked a lot on this idea (RL and all) but I do have the basics down. To start, each player chooses 5 provinces (that have to be next to each other). The income will be double the amount of provinces (income can be banked). Armies, navies and air force wings will cost 1 income each. Army tech, navy tech and air force tech research goes like this: to move up from Army/navy/air force tech 0 (to tech 1) you need to put in 10 income towards the tech. To move from 1 to 2, you need to put in 20 income. But, there's a catch: the catch is that you have to start over on spending income (it goes back to 0 if you want to move up a level). That's all I have so far.
