If I made a nation in a similar style to FEAR, would that be acceptable? Or are you looking for a more... rational universe than what Imago made?

Also Gone is the Old Guard link for the plebes who never played the best NES ever. You can even see me and all my 12 year old idiocy near the end of the game

It is now AD30. With Rome spanning most of the known world, it comes as no surprise that ambitious med try to take control of one highly important facet of life in the Roman Empire.

Cults and Daggers will be an IOT where players, rather than leading countries, lead new faiths springing up across the Roman Empire in a world where Jesus wasn't born. Initially, you all start as cults, but as time goes on, and leaders die, they become immortalised. The ultimate goal would be to become the dominant religion in the Roman Empire, or, should it collapse due to religious strife, the former Roman Empire.

This reminds me of a reeaaalllly old NedimIOT, but this one sounds more structurally stable.

I have two ideas for IOTs and I want to ask you which one you would prefer:

1) Gangster IOT set in 1920s Shanghai with players taking control of underworld clans and try to make profit and become leaders of Shanghai's underworld.

2) A more classic IOT which be relative simple, somewhat like IOT 7.

As much energy and commitment I put into that game I spent 0 amount of time trying to look at the rules and stuff.
It was a time where a good rule set wasn't as necessary. Times changed.
