Second nation of Dommy: Mongolia. Double A goes "Cool, a neighbor-type-person. I plan on acknowledging their SoI, we shall become friends and if they get in trouble I'll help them out."

It's a defensive pact, and there's three of us. The only other alliance is European. I don't see how we'd get into a fight.

however, what if someone declares war on your 'alliance' then rather remaining neutral which you have all just vowed to do, your going to step into a massive war.
