We shall also be handing the Phillippines over to Australia as a sign that we do not wish war with them, as we have been repeating since the beginning of this crisis. Perhaps this gesture shall convince them so. We hope they cease this talk of war after this gesture of peace has been completed.

Sometimes one does not get what they want. The possibility of China getting Taiwan is dead. It was never China's to begin with and this blatant aggression over a island when China has no ships is abhorrent. Egypt is a ally of the Northern Watch and when you declare war on them, you declare war on us. We thus consider this our last official communication until China is ruled by the wise, not the mad;

All powers expand. Hawai'i is the only remaining unclaimed province.

In North America, US forces overrun the FSNE without any significant difficulty, but are ousted from Newfoundland by a determined Falklander landing party in a pitched battle. No significant casualties. Meanwhile, the Falklander attempt to seize parts of Mexico ends in a total failure and the loss of a Guards battalion to Deserter forces. Having seized all of Old Mexico, the Deserters officially adopt the nation's moniker.(NPC: Deserters becomes NPC: Mexico. Opportunity: Falklands Commune may lower DEFCON to 4 for free this turn. This will not count as their DEFCON change for the turn.)

Little occurs in Europe and Africa. Egyptian and Uswahili elements race for the Gulf Coast, but the Egyptians are able to win over the people faster. The Uswahili forces retire in good order to their ships - and no one knows what might come next. Meanwhile, an attempt to transfer Emirate Italy for Egyptian African provinces falls flat as the Wali Emirates neglect to sign over their provinces. Whether this is malice or forgetfulness is up for debate; any hurt feelings in Cairo will not be. (Opportunity: Uswahili and Wali Emirates may drop DEFCON to 4 for free this turn. This will not count as their DEFCON change for the turn.)

In Asia, WAR is the word on everyone's lips as the Taiwan conflict explodes without good reason into a massive regional conflict. The Northern Watch launches invasions of the Chinese coast in Manchuria and North Korea, while sending light elements to claim South Korea. The units south of the 38th Parallel are obliterated by Chinese Guards, which sweep the Watch unit into the sea. What few survivors there are escape back to the Watch fleet. Meanwhile, in North Korea, things go poorly for China as Watch elements storm the beaches, though no casualties are inflicted. In Manchuria, the fighting revolves around Port Arthur, where two Watch Guard battalions attempt to dislodge one Chinese Guard company. The Watch outnumber their foe, but the Chinese have a higher readiness level, though the gap is not made up. Victory comes for China with a Watch casualty.

Egypt launches a massive strike up the Chinese coast, leapfrogging off the Watch Blockade of China to seize almost all China's seaside cities. An airstrike in the north barely fails to destroy China's army command center, but Yunnan, South China and Central China all fall to significant Chinese losses. At the same time, a rebellion rises up in Mongolia, declaring the region independent of Chinese authority. (New NPC: Mongolia.)

Note: You cannot fire nuclear weapons unless you BEGIN the turn at DEFCON 1. Dropping to D1 specifically to fire nukes and be reset to D3 will not work. The same rules do NOT apply to your superweapon, however.

The Great Turan, since it is a Federal Republic, is divided into smaller, semi-sovereign constituent political entities. As such every citizen of Turan is both a citizen of its State and Turan and each has its own government, leaders, and elections, along with the ability to send representatives to Turan's Parliament and vote for the Atatürk

With Turan finally ending the decades long civil war in the region the former Islamic Republic of Afghanistan created by The Northern Alliance and the United States became a secular nation and dropped the Islamic part of their name, returning to the levels of freedom of Pre-Taliban Afghanistan.

After the Annexation of Thessaloniki, Greece for some reason or another decided to remain within Turan, most likely due to economic reasons, as an autonomous republic, mostly governing itself but under the protection of Turan while also being able to send representatives to Turan's parliament.

These are states set up by the Federal government of Turan to represent the Turks of lands that Turan does not control, the people who have citizenship within them are also citizens of the nation they reside in, they may send representatives to the Turan Parliament, but their representatives in Parliament vote for the Atatürk instead of direct elections like the Federal States. These states cannot make laws for their citizens and are only there to represent them in Turan.

The Turkic Republic of China:
Created by the Turan government after the Uyghur Crysis was settled with China getting the province of Sinkiang and the Turks that wish to leave were able to do so, those who stayed became citizens of The Turkic Republic of China and stayed as citizens of the Republic of China.

The Sakha Republic:
Created by the Turan government in The Ulyanovsk Compromise, where the SSSL kept West Sibera, while allowing Turks who wish to leave leave, and those who wish to stay stay, with Turan Investigators left there 24/7 to ensure the safety of the Turkish people there. All the Turks who stayed in the SSSL became citizens of The Sakha Republic while keeping their SSSL Citizenship.
