It was an eventful 2-year-period early in Librulstan, with vermin in Yukon to deal with, increasing religiousness and stability in Alaska, and the building of a bunch of stadiums for sports.

Many sports teams of several different sports want to make use of these- but it seems like a bad time for a lot of them, with significant numbers of their players fighting in a world war. Even so, they'll try to play games to entertain people, and maybe attempt to combine efforts with any similar sports leagues that are beginning to exist in the Americas to find players and audiences to make lots of money off of play games for.

Meanwhile, as the war is fought, life goes on, and President James Dnob urges people to help with the war effort through planting victory gardens, conserving things, and buying war bonds. He also gives speeches against French and Swazi imperialism, and complains that they have nothing better to do with their money than to spend it on EP, whatever that means.

Pro Tip: If you declare an unprovoked war on two super powers that were your allies, and try to get another alliance to do most of the dirty work for you, you might want to have more than 0 EP.
