We tried splitting the GM tasks in IOTV. IMHO it didn't work out too well. Though we could try it again.

On that note though, one of the best thing people could do is, in their orders, set it out very clearly. Something like this:

Country name
Income
Item 1 (amount spent)
Item 2 (amount spent)
etc

And for war orders:

Country name
Total armies/navies
List of your upgrades/modifiers
Attack targets (incl number of armies/navies committed)
Attack plan
and so on

Some of you are already doing something similar to this which is good. This is much easier for me to take in than "I want to build x and y and attack z and t"

As I wasnt involved in that IOT so I dont know how it turned out. We could try it again if everyone was committed to a strict time schedule though...if you dont think it could work it might be best to see how a single update a week turns out.

Should we repost our orders for the current update in that format, or wait until the next one?

First of all, there is a diplomacy group for that CE. Second of all, I would prefer if you took Iceland. The CSA and I are currently in negotiations for Hawaii, and I have a writ of succession from the former Hawaiian king. Plus, i think that sign ups are closed until further notice.

Quick correction.

I only have 8 IC on account of my stability, plus, I raised an army last turn. So although I am invading Peking, I'm not putting 2IC into it. My armies don't really need supplies, I think they'll do fine.
