I find that warm seaons put me in a sexual mood since they make me feel more energetic 
and happy. 
But cold seasons put me in romantic mood since they make me feel like hiding from the elements and cozying in bed or couch with a lady for warmth. I tend to go out less during winter so winter overall has a more imitate focus and well a cute short lady in that context fits in very easily 
. Also the winter often makes me feel depressed 
and if I feel depressed about one thing then I'll usually remember another depressing thing like that I don't have a cute short lady.
