After deliberation with the DIE, we are prepared to dictate our peace terms to the defeated Punic Empire.

The Treaty of Italcart

Article 1: In addition to withdrawing all claims to lands currently occupied by the anti-Punic Coalition, the Punic Empire agrees to cede the lands shown below to the Gaelic Empire and the Dacoillyrian Empire.

Article 2: The army and navy of the Punic Empire will be restricted to 30,000 soldiers and 20 ships, and in addition, the "Imperial Stormtrooper" unit will be permanently disbanded.

Article 3: The Punic Empire will pay an indemnity for war damages to the Dacoillyrian Empire, the Gaelic Empire, Cimberland, and Nortugal, equal to 2,000,000 Invictii (2 E.P.) for each nation, over the next 20 years.

Article 4: Solist missionaries in the Punic Empire are to be given all possible aid and comfort by the Punic government. Persecution of said missionaries will result in the raising of payments to the victor nations.

Article 5: All fortifications built by the Punic Empire in Iberia are to be dismantled and destroyed within 10 years.

Article 6: The nation of Nortugal reserves the right to make a separate treaty with the Punic Empire with regard to the New World territories of the Punic Empire, on the condition that said treaty does not infringe on the above articles.

The Treaty of Ypacarai, or the Compact of Cooperation and Friendship

We, the first men of the Guarani of Tavyterã and of the Dukunnugeya of Sri Dukunnugeya, gather together in the spirit of brotherhood to swear this pact of eternal friendship.

Accord 1: Tavyterã shall relinquish its natural and eternal right to the southern country to the Dukunnugeya. All lands lying south of Pyrusuysyry [Rio de la Playa] and Cochancharava [Rio Cuarto], and east of Yvytyrusu [the Andes], shall be the domain of the Dukunnugeya; Tavyterã shall respect this dominion, and make no infringement upon this country.

Accord 2: Tavyterã shall claim its natural and eternal right to the northern country. All land north of Pyrusuysyry [Rio de la Playa] and Cochancharava [Rio Cuarto], and east of Yvytyrusu [the Andes] shall be the domain of the Guarani; the Dukunnugeya shall respect this dominion, and make no infringement upon this country, save by the permission or invitation of Tavyterã.

Accord 3: Sri Dukunnugeya shall pay one ransom [1 economy point] of gold, silver, diamonds, or jade to Tavyterã as payment and compensation for the rights to the southern country.

Accord 4: Sri Dukunnugeya shall establish in Tavyterã a herd of one thousand stout cattle, and provide skilled husbands to manage that herd, and to educate the Guarani in the rearing of beasts for meat, labor, and milk.

Accord 5: Sri Dukkunugeya shall establish in Tavyterã a herd of one thousand strong and swift horses, and provide skilled husbands to manage that herd, and to educate the Guarani in the rearing of horses for riding, work, and warfare, and in the domestication of wild horses.

Accord 6: Sri Dukkunugeya shall provide to Tavyterã the talents and services of skilled ore miners, copper-workers, iron-smiths, armorers, sword-smiths, gold-workers, silver-workers, glass-makers, potters, artisans, shipwrights, engineers, masons, animal husbands, agriculturalists, scribes, and medicine-men; these wise and skilled men of Sri Dukkunugeya shall live well in Tavyterã in the service of the Grandfathers, and shall practice their arts and trades for the benefit of the country, and shall teach their skills to the Guarani so that the knowledge of the world beyond the sea might prosper them.

Accord 7: Tavyterã and Sri Dukkunugeya shall hereby pledge and swear before the great holy that they shall be forever friends and brothers, and shall never make war against each other in this or any land.

So let it be for eternity, until the sun ceases to shine and the rivers run no longer: men of two worlds, united in friendship. May blessings descend upon our nations, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood we tie in signing this pact.

Though our weapons are not as strong as yours, our fleets not as great, and our people no longer as numerous, we must object to article six of, certain parts of article one of, as well as the whole preceedings leading up to the proposition of, the Treaty of Italcart.

Firstly, article six implies that Nortugal is the only nation in the anti-Punic alliance which holds interest in the lands this-side of the Dawning Ocean [1]. Surely this is a jests as both the Algonquian Confederation and ourselves have deep vested interests in our own continent and hemisphere.

Secondly, what claims does the Gaelic Empire have to the Hawk Islands [2]? How do they plan to administrate them? As it stands, even our nation, new as it is to the realm of ocean-going craft, has the naval power to utterly obliterate any way shape or form of fleet the Gauls could construct in the span of five years. As an alternate, we propose that the islands be split betweeen the Algonquian Confederation and ourselves who much more of a claim than the Gaels, as well as a right to some reperations.

Which brings us to our final point. The entire proceedings has ignored the large contributions made by the Algonquians and ourselves in destroying the Punic naval power as well as destroying the Carthaginian empire as a state to be reckoned with. We sacrificed the majority of our troops as well as the majority of our ships fighting for the cause we were dragged into. It was the troops of the Dawn Lands [3] and their allies among the freed Punic slaves that destroyed the Punic army headed to rebase their power in on this side of the Dawning Ocean. More importantly than that, it was the generals of our kingdom who devised the strategy which destroyed the Carthaginian backbone, its naval superiority. Though the Gaels may not know it, the Algonquians, Dacioillyrians, and Nortuguese were certainly made knowledgable of this. The people of the Dawn Lands sacrificed blood, sweat, and tears for you, and you ignore them. This is an outrage and must be rectified.

We pray for your well being, that the Blessed Trinity grant you peace in this life; that They allow you solace in the teaching of Our Prophet Mebertou; that Mother Moon cleans you of your sins in the Baptism of Blood; that Mother Sea carry your ships far; and that Mother Earth continue to bring you new life and new harvests from now until the Sun no longer rises. Amen.

Proclamation of Sunrise​

The Wabanaki and Algonquian peoples, through the governing bodies of the Kingdom of the Dawn Lands and the Algonquian Confederation, hereby proclaim the right to the lands of Dawn [1], where they have lived since the beginning of time. Our people will not abide their homes being taken away by the peoples from across the Dawning Ocean [2] who fancy a new home.

We will allow no ships that carry settlers safe passage to Dawn via the Hawk Islands [3] and the Sunrise Isles [4]. All ships that land for resupplies and trade will be subject to verification that they carry no settlers headed for our lands. Any other trading vessels will be welcomed and allowed safe harbor. We will consider any settlements that reach Dawn through other means a hostile act and will respond accordingly.

We exempt from the demands of this treaty our friends the Nortuguese, with whom we have agreed to share our lands in cooperation.

DIE is quite happy with the treaty of Italcart. We suggest Nortugal and Dawn Land will negotiate the division of Carthage's Atlantic possessions by themselves.
 
Must the Kingdom of the Dawn Land remind the Dacioillyrian Empire that prior to our diplomatic intervention, they had been quite content to stand aside and watch the entire Dawning Ocean become a Punic lake while Gaul and Cimberland fell to Punic hordes? If it were not for our diplomatic negotiations and strategic proposals, this war would still be raging and the Punic Empire would be well on its way to full revival. We ask you now that you recognize the sacrifices and leadership of ourselves and the Algonquian Confederation by granting the both of us control of the Hawk Islands as well as guaranteeing our right to participate in the creation of a second treaty, instead of relegating it solely to our Nortuguese allies.

to Gaul, The Dawn and Algonquia:
If any kingdom would have claims on the islands of the Azores it would be Nortugal, which navy was the main force against the Punics in the great battle of the Atlantic. The Dawn and Algonquia will remain in control of Bermuda and Nortugal will allow free access to Algonquian and Dawn ships.

They have agreed with Phoenicia beforehand.
 
As far as Nortugal understand the land division of Punicia will be as in the map added bellow.

Added to that Punicia will pay 2 million silver coins (2ep) to Cimberland, Gaul, Nortugal and DIE for massive destruction of ships and lands in the time of the war.

Once Punicia pays Nortugal Nortugal shall hand over the city in (Florida) and most of the (Lesser Antilles) islands.
