Now i prefer Media player but am drawn to using itunes now since i have an ipod, i find Media Player better. This is however which one you predominantly use and if your a smart arse that uses something else, well then good for you but which one out of those 2 do you use :)

currently media player, but seeing as it sucks, and I just got an ipod I am probably gonna switch to itunes soon enough.

iTunes. WMP is preinstalled with WinXP, so no point in trying to remove it though.

(I also like VLC, but I dont think I have it installed on the laptop.)

BTW - isnt this more of a Computer Talk thread?

Winamp is good too.

Because it's prettier, easier to use, and it can play files that winAmp can't.

Winamp.

Of course, I can't use any on my computer, because my sound doesn't work anymore ¬¬, but I run Winamp in the backround for good times sakes

WinAmp has more skins, or atleast back in 2000.

Winamp of course. I've gotten very used to it over the years.

Itunes is not something I'm fond of. I only use it for podcasts. Dislike the look.

WMP I use because it's pretty much the default. Simple, nice interface. Dislike the Winamp playlist creation (usually have to just plonk all the files in a folder and use "open with winamp"). I only use Winamp when WMP decides a file doesn't work.

Used Winamp once to see what the fuss was about; haven't used Media Player since. Kinda like what happened when I downloaded Firefox to see what everyone was raving about. :p
