Probably something along the lines of either "Adding a little more color to the world" (which is a purposely cheesy line I put on the header image for my thread), "I Probably Broke Something" or "Buildings That Vanish".

Anyway, the reason I'm doing it just for personal use is, well, I'll let the quality of my civs speak for themselves:

I wouldn't worry about that - its not about popularity, its about being a regular modder here. But if you insist on just for personal use, then that's fine. I'll post the project file for you in PM.

If you do come up with some ideas for your civ, post here and I'll get working on it I do like to take already existing uniques - but they can be from the vanilla game, too.

JFD, your version of my icon is certainly better than my own version of my own icon.

So trying to figure out the uniques, but this is what I've come up with:
- UA should be called something like "It's Always a Secret" or "<RevealsDetailsBeforeNewCivRelease>false</RevealsDetailsBeforeNewCivRelease>". That last name might be a bit too long. Anyway, I think the reason for the name is self-explanatory.

- UA effect - tell me if you think this is OP - "Enemy spies may steal techs but do not reveal the area surrounding your cities. 1 Fewer Delegate in the World Congress. +5% to Production and Science in all cities per opponent that you do not have a Declaration of Friendship with."
I'm not sure how moddable the whole "enemy spies" clause is though. The reasoning is pretty much nothing more than I work alone, with minimal collaboration.

- UB: It has to be the Kaserei.

and I'm still not sure about the UU.

What can I say? Two Steps From Hell makes fantastic music. All of these except SkyWorld and Black Blade are the extended versions, so if we're going to merge a few together, I'll need to get the originals.

I can do the last part of the UA, but not the spy or delegate part - there's not a lot of room with modding for spies and delegates. And I don't think you should worry about balance. Viregel's trait is insanely unbalanced. So just nothing better than that

The delegate thing isn't hard, we'd just need a dummy building. (Heaven knows I already use more than enough of those) Specifically one with the tag from the Globe Theater - I don't remember it off of the top of my head - and set it to -1. In theory. Then assign it to the just the capital.

Maybe since LastSword is He Who Makes Traits Unrivaled, he can write up some lua for us? On a more serious note, I'll have to think of something else.

there are just two problems:
1) You don't post mods in steam workshop

2) ...well, the art in your mods doesn't have very good quality... (although mine would be much worse )

A theory is something that has been tested. Judging from Firaxis' track record, I doubt it'd work, but I'll certainly give it a go.

1) I hate steam and try to use it as little as possible. That, and the whole "Steam Workshop" honestly makes no sense to me. If you can teach me how, I would.
(Just as a note, on steam my name isn't AgressiveWimp... so when and if I do upload them, don't be looking for that.)

2) Well, I'm certainly not janboruta, now am I? Yeah, I know it's not great. I think I'm getting slightly better though. The operative word here is slightly. Literally all I do to make my icons I find something on google images, run it through the Van Gogh (LIC) filter in Gimp, resize it, select a circular portion of it, copy and paste it into an icon template I made, add a sheen layer, resize again and save as .dds. It's no wonder it's not very good!
EDIT: Actually, that's not entirely true. Sometimes it requires slightly more work. You know the Unaaq icon in my Inuit mod? That original picture showed a guy holding fish. I erased the fish and edited in a harpoon. Just as an example.

UA: Disregard History, Acquire Waifus
Cannot build Archaeologists. Military units reduce adjacent enemy Combat Strength by 10% since nobody wants to shoot at 13 year old girls. Upon discovering Computers, Unhappiness from Population & Cities reduced by 66%, but City Growth speed is reduced by 33%.

Pick whatever UUs/UBs from my mods you want, but be warned that my Lua code is almost as bad as 4$$1G|\|StartingPlots.lua (mods don't ban me for swear filter evasion pls)

Also just as a quick question - the fist icon, will it be used as the leader icon or civilization icon? If it's civilization, I'll go through my leader icons (as well as leaders for upcoming civs - I'm considering using Bohemia's leader icon) and see if anything works well. It seems to be what you did for everyone else.

But for a leader icon... what would I do as the civilization icon?
