@Aeon : we discussed the possibility with Akots. It represented some"heavy" work, but the main problem is it does not fit so well to have a turn for nothing in this scenario, especially as VPs grow quickly and this could unbalance the game).

Q: Loulong, maybe you should consider prestarting all the games and just sending us the .sav (and relevant passwords ;p)

I would just like to remind to all participant please keep the saves for all turns you are playing, both received and sent out. There is no possibility to determine any possible cheating without these saves. Also, if one of the opponents chooses not to keep the saves then the other will have them. But please, make sure they are not deleted accidentally.

It would be also extremely helpful to keep a reasonably battle log and send to the opponent or post in the thread for a particular game. This would show what has been done and how it has been done.

Please also keep the records of passwords especially the admin passwords.

Please also lets keep track of game progression either in separate thread or possible also in this one with some relevant info about turn number played, cities captured/units killed-lost and VP. 1) Will you guys be posting on the initial screen of this thread the "STANDINGS?" Meaning, when Aeon (for example) kicks my butt - will there be an addition to the pairing list showing what happened? For example:

AEON---
| - AEON (50,000 (W) to 100 as Japan;
| 20,000 to 48,000 (W) as Allied)
FAB_---

This would show the DEGREE of slaughter as well as show the tournament moving forward. (Sorry if you guys had already planned on that - but I was looking forward to watching the rest of the tourney in this way too. Who needs the NCAA?)

2) How/when do we comminucate to whom about the win/loss? Do we e-mail the final save to ADMINS?

3) Oh, I guess that's it. 3 just looks better for a list than 2.

It might be a good idea to post the progress but it is possibly to do only if information about it available. Since it is not in the rules, it is not mandatory and you can either submit it or ignore.

Please make sure to keep the final save and please mail it if requested as well as the admin password for the game. This will be required to make a conclusion about the results. Otherswise, it will be possible to question the results by the other player. Please also keep all the saves that were sent out and received. If there would be issues encountered (I hope we have none), investigation of these saves is the only way to make any conclusion.

Well I've played my Japanese 1. I thought it was
Round 1, Pool 1, Pair 2 and since Augurey was 1st in the listing I called my game Game 1. If this is wrong I will rename it before I send it to you.
Therefore the game is labled:
R1P1P2G1 Dec, 1941 AD

Is this wrong?

Edit: I sent it anyway so change it if it is wrong.
