perhaps can u make some sci fi units? like som rovers, fliers, cool airships ?
The units and building I do are only mady by putting together existing parts from the download-database or the original or colonization. I am not able to do really new models.
Concerning Sci-Fi there is the problem that I prefer to do work I can use in my own mod. This is historical, so future units are less interesting for me. If you need one special unit, I can think about what I can do, but I am afraid for a set of scifi units there is to few time for me. Sorry, but kindly understand me.

a year ago i created some models from exiting ones - by mixing models with nifscope.
perhaps you can tell me what programs are you using to work? maybe i can pick it up from there

I also use nifscope only. I tried to install blender once, but I don't know why, it never worked for nif files. I am sure, I did something wrong, but that was the reason why I still use nifscope only.
i remember i had 2 problems = adding a weapon effect and make nice skins.

After several years, I have reworked my napoleonic sapper unit. Now the unit throws dynamite and can have working animations for building roads, fortresses etc. Here is the download link. Only problem is that I did not know how to remove the dynamite during building.

It was quite simple work, just adding the water_worked graphics to trireme animations and put a sail onto it.
I addition to the outrigger, I tried a unit I was missing by myself for long time: A Catamaran.

My newest creation: a bucket-wheel excavator as used in open-cast mining. I use it for a terrain improvement, but I think, after removing the crater, it could also be good as unit (no animations included). The vehikel is the SMAX-Former mady by woodelf.

Catamaran is excellent. However , on my machine the boat rocking on the waves and hulls not. I modified the model so that hulls have the same movement (swing) as the whole ship

I am not good with animations too , but I found some good tricks with NifSkope
My second try with Animations: Two towers of Chamaedrys, which have been converted to use siege Tower animations and can be used as Units. I used them in my game long time without animations, today I tried to improve them, after editing the Siege Tower animations.
The included Siege-Tower animations are modified, so if you use the normal siegetower as unit, it will have correct death animations, too.

BTW if you have better idea for the lower part of the tower send my picture. I will make new for you. Chinampa does not look good with a piece of fence
The Chinampa on this picture is a bonus feature on the same plot in game, it is not port of the tower. I think I have not been looking before placing the tower. It has been a bit unlucky to do this picture, sorry.
