No, because I think a "macho culture" can lead to a guy acting excessively macho, whereas a feminist culture wouldn't lead to a woman being crazy and nothing to do with feminist. In fact I'd think a feminist culture could result in the opposite. Also, I think attackfighter was probably on to something.

Well, I see this act of crazy as connected to "macho" as feminism was related to that instance of crazy.
