Latin American Civilizations and City-States

I think the design is fine. Whenever I think of Argentina, I think of culture anyways. As for trading bonuses you could always add some to the civ ability. Maybe a gold/culture/tourism boost for international trade routes per bonus or luxury resource in the origin city to go with "Paris of South America"?

I also think of Argentina as culture of South America because of Buenos Aires and its city state that's cultural.
Still, Evita is a rotten choice for a leader whose glamourized to seem good.

It's an option. I'm personally thinking of changing Argentina's ability bonus to something like 'golden age/culture/growth', to reflect its cultural splendor and high immigration during the most prosperous period in its history, or rather its "golden age". However, a leader like Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear can easily get a similar ability.

As for the unique infrastructure, I'm thinking of changing to Saladero, since Argentina is the world's fourth largest producer of beef (behind only the USA, Brazil and China). In addition, the export of beef (and grain) helped the country achieve its economic prosperity.

I mean it's an industrial city-state in Civ 6, which works too.

I still haven't seen any definite proof that Evita herself was a fascist?
Her husband, Juan, is a different story.

Her husband, Juan, is a different story.
Given she was never leader of the nation, historically, de jure or de facto, but only a barker for her husband, there is absolutely nothng to demonstrate independent political, social, or economic beliefs or policies distinct from her husband, either.

Peron and Vargas should not be leaders
Acctually I don't understand why these two leaders are considered Fascist.
Both made things what made links persons to like they untill today, and fascimus is extremous right.
Vargas, for example, gave the law of works. Brazil had a revolution of how work should be without an army revolution as happens on Mexico or Russia.
And Vargas kill they self to avoid a right wing coup, how can a fascist leader be attached with links ideology?
Also the Peronista Kirchner, is from links party, don't make sense think Peron as fascist too.

UPDATE: Argentina

Argentina

Leader 01: Eva Perón
Leader 02: Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear
Start bias: coast, not far from tundra

UA: Paris of South America - Cultural buildings and wonders have double slots for Great Works when built in the capital. When in a Golden or Heroic Age, Argentine cities receive +5% growth for each civilization that Argentina knows and is in a Dark Age, and these civilizations get -5% growth.

Eva Perón' ability: La Dama de los Descamisados - Specialists in Industrial Zones are called "Descamisados" and they grant +2 food, +3 production, +3 culture and +1 loyalty. It allows you to start Evita's Speech city project.
Evita's Speech: cannot be done in more than one city at the same time and can only be done in cities that have Industrial Zone. When active, grants culture and +1 amenity. Upon completion, all Descamisados in the city generate +100% food, production, culture and loyalty over the next 10 turns. This project cannot be done twice in a row in the same city.

Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear' ability: República Radical - International trade routes receive +0.5 gold for each improvement of bonus resource in the origin city. This bonus is doubled during Golden or Heroic Ages.

Unique improvement: Saladero
Available in Mass Production
Can only be built on flat land (except desert and snow).
Cannot be built adjacent to another one.
+1 food
+2 production
+2 gold
+1 extra production and +1 extra gold for each adjacent cow pasture.
International trade routes receive +2 gold for every Saladero in the origin city.

Unique unit: Gaucho - replaces Cavalry. Weaker than the Cavalry (55 combat strength instead of 62). Has 3 charges to build pastures or farms. When a Gaucho builds a pasture or a farm, small boosts of culture and GWAM points are generated.

I made some modifications to my design of Argentina to not be such a blatant cultural civilization. The biggest one is its new unique infrastructure, Saladero now reflects the great importance that the livestock sector has played in Argentina's economy. Its civ ability now more realistically reflects the migratory boost the country enjoyed during periods of great prosperity (or golden ages, if that's what you prefer to call them). Also, I improved Gaucho - now the unique unit has three building charges instead of two. In addition, I removed some bonuses from Evita's abilities. Finally, I added a new leader - Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear. What differentiates him from Evita is that, while the latter encourages its citizens to be more productive for the country, the first will seek the commodity trade to enrich the nation.

I still stand that Eva Peron is a very bad choice of leader for Argentina, despite being a chiche (and a toxic cliche) in much of the world outside Argenina. The complaints, and many points, of the rottenness she represents as a mouthpiece for her Fascistic and backward-thinking husband (notably presenting no views of her own, independently, that were ever known) by me and Takhisis, the latter of whom lives in the country, to cater to uninformed pop culture has been routinely ignored by the you.

I am aware of the complaints. I keep putting her in my designs because I like to play with the idea of what she could look like. I even made a design of Cuba and Fidel Castro, even though I know that Castro is unlikely to be in civ someday. Anyway, I added a new leader for Argentina, now Evita is not the only one anymore.

Very weak...

Hitler could have been a painter and Stalin could have been a Georgian Orthodox Priest. But, alas...

What a comparison - as much as Evita can be controversial, sounds absurd to compare with these genocidials. What's your point? I have never seriously advocated the inclusion of any tyrant. And if I've already made Castro or anyone else, it's just to play with the idea of how it would be designed or to give an idea for some mod.
And it's not like everyone is against Evita's inclusion in the same way that everyone is against Hitler. I don't know how controversial Evita is for Argentines or not, I'd like to know their opinion. I repeat, it's just a design idea.
Anyway, I won't dwell on it so as not to deviate from the subject of the topic.

I will finish off, then, with this, and hopefully clarify my position. For all meaningful intents and purposes, having the wife, advocate, mouthpiece, cheerleader, and propagandist of a brutal, authoritarian, hard-edged, intolerant, backward-thinking, Fascist dictator with no known history of dissenting or independent views or ideals is no different, really, than outright having the brutal, authoritarian, hard-edged, intolerant, backward-thinking, Fascist dictator, himself, is it?
