*Enters really, really late to the party. Seriously, it's so late the party is no longer going on and I walked into the middle of dinner the next day*
Hi everyone!
I'm sorry to see RfMK III dead. It had a good, long run though, and I agree with all Choxorn's and BL's reasons for letting it die. It just got too unwieldy at the end, too many things to process. It was similar to playing Civ 4 in real life- except instead of your computer's processor doing all the work, you have a guy at a desk, having to do all the math, calculations, trade, everything himself.
I feel sort of bad I bailed on Choxorn halfway through the game. My life just didn't allow me to GM a game like this, but it was sort of cold to say "here you go, I don't have time so you do ALL THE WORK BWAHAHA". I apologize, Chox.
I actually spent some time (after I realized the game was dying- I only checked in once every few months, but still) writing up a few pages-long epilogue for us, but the flash drive I had it saved on died. Sigh. And now I don't remember enough to write another one.
I still don't have time to GM anything else- my life has changed too much for that. However, if anyone else wants to start one, I will be more than happy to play.
