Leaderhead crash

Hello.
I created my own leaderhead with 3ds Max and everything, and things went really well. But when I tried implementing the graphics in the game, it keeps crashing. I defined the .xml roots right, and I'm sure the files are intact.
However, my leaderhead is a no shader version, and to create a .kfm file, i pasted this no shader version in the original NIF using Nifskope.
xxx.nif
xxx.kfm
xxx_noshader.nif
So all three of these files are essentially the same thing. But they load in nifskope perfectly, however my game keeps crashing...
Help?:D

Thanks for agreeing to help me.
The files are all inside. The original model can be seen in mao_noshader2.nif, while the modified ones are everything else.
Thanks again!

Well...I made it haha:)
But if u mean the vanilla base, I got it from the Taizong mod thingy in the download section.

*update
I manage to make the game not crash, but when I choose my leader, he is transparent. For some reason my nif file is not showing up in the game...

I think the bones of the model are displaced, and this is causing the animation problem. Thanks for helping.:)

yeah i see that in the nif you posted you didn't do the "nifskope swap" in rolands tutorial. So now I have your invisible leaderhead I think you mentioned. I'll see whats causing that.

I'm suspecting that you might have to import your nif to blender then export it as a nif, then do the nifskope swap. but I'm looking into it.

EDIT: Yeah thats it. So make sure you have blender configured right so you export nifs that are in Civ4 format. (I have it in my tutorial).

Attached is a civilopedia screenshot and my nif that worked. you need to play with the materials property though

Thanks a ton Ekmek.
I was worried it wouldn't work.
Anyhow I actually used 3DS Max 2009 to change the model, so when I converted it to nif the bones got all messed up.

But what do you mean by materials property?

Materials can be seen in this picture at #2 (and in the details section)

Just tested it out and its all great, except his eyes are messed up and the bones of the hands dont seem to be in place, creating a crooked animation. Do I have to use blender to fix it? The bones are simple enough, but I have no idea how to fix the eyes...

Well I attached the photo here, the bones seem to be out of place near the eye and the hands dont match the bones. Thats why the pixels near his eye is messed up and the animations are crooked.

Unfortunately I'm a 3ds Max guy and not used to Blender...

Well, I've tried before, but I don't really know how to move entire parts like the hand. Also, the camera is a bit hard to control in blender.

Both.
By the way, I found out the reason for this problem. When I first editted the model in Max, it for some reason shifted the entire model...

yikes. in blender that should be an easy fix. but i didnt see the problem in the nif i exported

really? But when you loaded the nif in the game, weren't the model's eyes and animation messed up?
