Leaderheads on a radeon 9000 64mb - fix for strange skin shading

So can anyone tell me why I still see this after 1.61?

I have a Radeon 9200 128MB, 1GB RAM, AMD 2800+.

I have the same issue with a Radeon 9250. I hope it can be fixed soon, as this bug makes Hatshepsut look like she's 70.
