Leaderheads pictures fix

I made some fixes to leaderhead pictures. Mostly from button thumbnails but also in few main images. I fixed aspect ratio, cropping, sharpening etc.

Also in Armenian, Paleo Indians and Slovakian leader I change photo.
In Fidel Castro and Koshininako (Anasazi leader) I changed animated head to static picture.

How to install:
Just download and unpack to main Caveman2Cosmos folder
Should work on 99% but I advise make copy of these folders from Assets/Module directory:
- Custom Leaderheads
- Custom_Civilizations
- Static

Great, only thing i ask for NEW ones is that they be in COLOR. thx . . . SO, i was getting to this but is a very very low on my "to do list" so thx again . . . SO
