i cant upload any of m pics cause they take up too much memory. how did you guys solve that?

Well, SC, I always use an image processing soft (even the basic Ms Photo Editor is fine) to resize the pic, and I usually save it under a jpeg with 50-70% quality. That should be good.
Sometimes (not often, though) gif format is even smaller than jpeg!!
