I don't want to start on 'Official Free Embassy Thread' yet, but let's confine discussion of the letter here. We can start an embassy thread once they write back to us.
Our letter should include mention of:
Peaceful intentions
Which turn did they first see us on?
Possibility of coordinating research (do we have to have a certain tech for this?... I think it's writing, but I'd like confirmation)
If things go well, then we can bring up the idea of a Research Cartel.
