Paris is building wealth because even building wealth it will be legendary before Orleans and so doesn't need any more culture.

basicaly, i just pressed enter most of the time.

switched to pacifism, hurried 2 GA by starving orleans and pushed culture to 100%

after some turn, cultural victory.

Save the turn before we win and some pictures.
btw, paris was the last one to turn legend ...
