LINESII- Into the Darkness- Part II

Actually, Iggy, I was kind of wondering the same thing. It would be nice if there were some greco cultures "discovered" that we could play with :please:

Try as I might, I'm just not feeling the celtic right now. I'm always up for Greek though ;) My story output would increase as well :D

EDIT: Thlayli - Yours are too Romanesque, although I would take you up on that offer if I didn't think it would be a little ridiculous ;)

Thats what I'm asking for ;) I just need somewhere to do it :D We wouldn't even need to be discovered by the "Old World." Surely thats not the only place civilization developed :p

You guys could have like a greek thing down the coast from Sintonia where nobody can see you. Its kinda omnious too. All the expeditions down there have never been heard from again!

The Empire of Guangfei signs the Treaty of Saenium.

OOC: Any OOC information you can give me iggy about well... the Guangfei who went west?

Does Guangfei sign the updated treaty, where it see's Sintonia as a rebellious province?

@Andis and LB- 2 places could have this happen: Far Eastern Azulia (New World), though it would be a culture out of place surrounded by a bunch of pseudo-Mesoamericans; or south of Sintonia. Pick one.

I could even edit the area to make it more interesting for city states.

@alex994- See update. Frozen in fetal positions and floating around.

They've probably gotten preserved in icepack or something by now.

How do you explain the "God makes landfall" part then! :p

The Avatar of the Blademaster has arrived, DUH

@alex- I'm sure someone will explain that 'cryptic' statement to you in due time...

If you give up, PM me and I'll give you a hint.

*****

Everyone, if you can send in orders, I've got a 4-day weekend and can start updating Thursday night at absolute soonest.

So just try to get the orders in please! Thanks!

I suppose I'll take south of Sintonia. Any chance we can start out semi-advanced to A) have a chance of surviving amongsts these wolves, B) reflect the development of civilization for as long as the north has been developing?

Egh, what'll happen to the Tir people now???!!!!

LB confirm to Iggy our old deal! My orders will be useless now ;[.

Well, they're obsessed with honour and will hold to any agreements made with any foreign power, of course :p I will, calm down, its all okay. Maybe I'll play as Tir for one more turn. Voy a charlar con Iggy.

There is actually a way your people could be sem-advanced. I PM's it to Iggy. It has to do with my back plans from like 200 years ago.

If you guys wrote how you had some sort of proto-state, and then my dudes came like 200 years ago, you could definitly be Iron Age now.

The Republic of New Veritas signs the Treaty of Saenium. May it last an epoch, and may the one who breaks this solemn treaty be endlessly cursed, scorned by every nation on Tellus until their repentance.

The Republic of New Veritas officially renounces all claims on territory held by Guangfei prior to the Valfei war, and disowns any fanatics within the Church who caused internal violence within Guangfei.

We await the statement from Guangfei recognizing Sintonia as a region in rebellion, and not a sovereign entity.

@Swiss: If they're Greco, then they're Valin. ;)

Greek is not bloody Roman. I must make that abundantly clear. However, being related to the Valins is not a problems (and really closer to a necessity). However, it would be best if somehow they came from the same place and are cousins, not one descended from the other. I could not bear the thought of Greeks coming from Romans as opposed to the other way around :p

Hmmm... what would be closest to Swades in OTL anyway?

The Swades I really cannot find a comparison. They are a bit strange and brutal. They have an unhealthy obsession with knives.

I find Croyodon a European like nation that has been heavily influenced by middle eastern/ African cultures. Sort of backwards :)

Swade is something like an exaggerated, distorted Aztec Empire.

My own Merhai are something vaguely similar to the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois), but very much different--mammoths, for one thing, and they also have elements of Early Russia mixed in. Never mind the fact that I haven't gotten into their version of Animism at all... :p
