Point, but I think it would require too much resources in terms of manpower and administrative efficiency to pull it off at that scale. I think he would be better off to topple one nation first, and start a chain reaction so to speak. Much like the domino bricks scene in V for Vendetta, if you saw that one. Priceless.

EDIT: And one thing I noticed in the discussion around the Citadel (which JD surprisingly did not bring up) is that believers of New Eldism can be followers of other religions at the same time. I seem to remember JD saying this earlier (impossible to say exactly when) Correct me if I'm wrong. And it's not like I don't see the threat a large Pacifist group can pose against a warring government.

That is correct. I'm not sure if Iggy is actually enforcing that, though...
