Example Orders
Economic Orders
Spend 2 points on training penguin infantry.
Spend 1 point researching lightsaber technology.
Spend 1 point to fund the penguin gestapo, to crush the remnants of the 1337 forces and destroy their numerical-swapping way of life.
Domestic
Have my majestic and glorious leader, a certain Lord Iggy, to tour the nation, raising morale. Show videos of him building orphanages, recycling, and stomping on dead polar bears.
Military
Continue crushing the 1337 resistance. As it crumbles, transfer my forces to the Greenland front under the command of Admiral Trik, to push back the Ursine scum.
Send my elite ops in to try and assasinate important leaders and figureheads.
Stats
Name: Penguinskan Imperium
Leader/Player: Lord Iggy/Lord_Iggy
Government: So complex, no one really knows.
Army: Lots of Troops
Fleet: Lots of Spaceships
Confidence: Beloved by all Penguins (except for the Lightbulb ones, who are divided)
Background: Created during a period of excessive boredom sometime in 2002, the penguins have since developed from a diseased imagining into a multiverse-spanning empire. Internicine warfare with the polar bears has laid waste to the once beautiful world of earth, but with nuclear winter approaching, the whole place will be ice anyway- but which side will get it all?

This is just a little example of how I want orders from now on. Now, I don't want them all like this or in this exact form, I just want them to obey these tenets:
No more than 300 words, not including the stats.
Must have some organization, so spending is all in one place, and military is somewhere else.
Seriously, your generals and governors aren't idiots. They don't need to be micromanaged.
Remember, I have to contrast your orders with everyone else's. Even simple orders can create complex and interesting situations. Complex orders can create the same sort of thing, only it takes me much longer.
So yeah, just try this out. Seriously, if you want to go into great detail, write stories!
