They where finally free! After a long and harrowing journey they had set down in a new land away from their oppressors. Life was hard those first few years. Their wasn’t always enough food and the journey from the coast where they put down to the new city site was hazardous and long but they pressed on and succeeded. They had put down in an area that at first looked to be a good spot but turned out to be virtually uninhabitable. As they got away from the coast the area turned cold and they entered the artic forests. Tall mountains in the distance loomed before them. But they where a resilient people and pressed on.

The best hunters and trappers where sent into the arctic forests and up the treacherous mountains to try and find a spot for them to live, many months went by before they found the perfect spot. Those same treacherous mountains had nestled in-between them a valley, sheltered from the snowstorms by the mountains themselves and heated by geothermal vents would be where they laid the foundations for their city. A freshwater river flowed down from the mountains to provide them with drink and to feed their crops, game was aplenty in the surrounding deciduous forests and even up into the mountains. There was earth as black as you have ever seen for the crops that would be planted, it was Peresofo!
