hmm we would prefer to sell you the goods ourselves, and it might be cheeper, as we already have the infistructurer in place. but we will agree if you respect the natives. they may be a bit backwards, but several of the religions bear a resemblence to the Church of one, though distorted.. we would perfer peacful encoragement, and coversion, as ruleing those who do not want to be ruled can be a tricky buissness.
