Any guess? (not counting any micro-nation, eg Monaco/Papal State/Andora etc) Luxemburg is also taken as a micronation, and i doubt there was anyone here from there.

I think we never had any regular poster from:

-Slovakia (the hostel one; we had at least one from Slovenia) (?)
-Belarus (?) (Poster Ales suggested, is he OT though?)
-Lithuania (?) (Poster Ignas suggested, don't know him?)
-Iceland(hm?)
-Albania (impostors do not count, they were Scottish )
-Montenegro (?)
-Moldavia
-Malta
-Armenia (hmm?) Poster Tigranes suggested
-Georgia (?)
-Azerbaijan (not sure if they should even count as Europe, tbh)
-Kosovo province

I *think* we had at least one poster from Fyrom, but maybe just in the History Forum and not actual OT?
And there surely was at least one poster from Croatia, and not that long ago.

There was a guy posting from Macedonia (not to be confused with the province of the same name in the Former Ottoman Eyalets of Yunanistan, or FOEYia), but he's just married to a Macedonian, I think.

Nobody from Cyprus, Luxembourg, Belarus, or Serbia in OT, to my knowledge. Well, GoodSarmatian might be from Serbia but he's living in Germany.

Anyone having posted at least 100 posts on OT recently (as in this year), OR anyone posting here for a couple of years even if he/she is no longer around, could be used as a working/general definition

And we had one regular poster from Bosnia, yes, he even started the Polandball thread in the humour forum, and has been here (OT) for a very long time (NedimNapoleon)
